Feb 19,2025Good price,but online access to account impossible because of previous policy with budget. Impossible to send email to get it sorted because no method other than auto responses.tried to cancel,cut off,so cannot find out whether I will be covered on the policy I paid for on 10th of Feb. Massive frustration.

Feb 19,2025I survived a terrifying accident on Saturday, where my car flew off the road, crashed into a ditch, and was completely wrecked—even the steel wheel rims shattered from the impact. The police were shocked I made it out alive. I called them around 2 AM on Sunday after being discharged from the hospital, struggling to breathe. Instead of providing immediate help, they transferred me to a third-party claims company, then gave me the number of their underwriter—and since then, no one has contacted me. Today is Tuesday, and when I called again, nobody even knew about my claim—I had to explain everything from the beginning. The lack of communication, incompetence, and complete disregard for a policyholder in distress is unacceptable. Instead of supporting me during this traumatic event, I am now left dealing with a wrecked vehicle, financial loss, and zero support from my insurer. This is an unacceptable and unfair decision, and I am actively appealing it. People deserve to know how this company abandons its customers when they need help the most. If you want an insurer that actually stands by you in your worst moments, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. Edit: “ Your concerns have been escalated to our Customer Relations Team, who will be in touch within 7 days.” Yes, reach me in 7 days if I can stay alive!!!

Feb 17,2025I've recently changed my car insurance over to budget as my previous supplier was far more expensive. I'm hoping they continue to give affordable cover in the future but obviously have to wait and see. But one thing is sure and that is that I won't be insuring anything with Yoga again.
