Why is it so hard to cancel my policy. I have left the country and don’t have a car but there is no way for me to cancel this policy from abroad. They will just continue debiting my money each month from my account. You cannot cancel online or by email or even chat. This is so conveniently old-fashioned.

Budget were helpful in finding me the right insurance for the right price, it offered all I required in the deal and was easy to sort out immediately. I found customer service were helpful while ensuring all my details were correct and also explicitly explained everything to me. Budget answered all my queries and I was satisfied with their service.

Further from my last review Budget have exceeded their bad practice and have taken money from my bank account “by mistake” and without consent. I have had many emails with Kirsty who features well on here and is useless. She fails to see that they have taken money without notifying me first and without consent when they are not entitled. She has admitted they have made a mistake taking money and blamed that “on the system”. She will not BACS my money to me and has plainly said wait ten days even though it’s Budgets fault. My advice for anyone looking for insurance don’t use these people as they haven’t a clue and when they mess up no apology and no action. Go for it Kirsty, see if you can gloss over your crap “service”!
