Feb 13,2025I recently took out car insurance for my wife's car, policy to go live on Friday. I was asked to write a review, so I can only review how easy it was for them to take my premium. The cost was reasonable for the cover. The policy was straight forward to purchase. A measure of the company would be how they handled any claim.

Feb 12,2025I’ve was a bit sceptical about Budget when I experienced a slight issue with my insurance. I had declared an accident and then got an email saying that hadn’t declared it and my premium would be going up by another £600. Well, it took me less than 2 minutes to speak to an actual human (big tick) and then the problem was resolved in 5 minutes (another big tick). Super impressed with communication and the speed to resolve a potential issue.
