Helped me reserve car, arrange finance and delivery - the whole process from looking at cars to taking delivery of my new car was 10 days. With their home delivery service, you are not looking limited to cars in your local area, so you’re able to find the exact spec and colour you want rather than settling for what’s nearby. All cars are checked and come a warranty with options available to extend this for a number of years - with all costs included in your monthly fee. Happy customer :)

The website is user friendly, has a wide variety of cars and allows you to create a picture of all your different options whether that's finance or full purchase. The customer service team are friendly, they keep you updated at every stage and are informative without being pushy. For me, the process was relatively quick when I decided on my chosen car and my car was delivered to my door in perfect condition. I would recommend them to my friends.

Mar 02,2021Took £199 to reserve a car. Website not updated and the car was already sold. Now I have the chase to get my money back. No direct refund link just endless customer service run around. Over 20 min on hold to be told a case manager will call me back. No call back so I called again to be called the wrong name and told to wait for a call back. Not acceptable disgrace of a service avoid at all costs!

Regular phone calls and email updates kept me up to date with every step of the process. Everyone I spoke to was so friendly and the car arrived in perfect condition, exactly as described, 2 weeks after I first found it on the website!

Feb 24,2021I was very nervous about buying a car online without being able to see it in person. However, BuyaCar provided a really great service. The website was easy to navigate and the staff were helpful and professional. They keep you very well informed each step of the way and make sure you understand your decisions thoroughly. We also found they worked well collaboratively with outside providers so we didn't have to do any chasing up - it was all taken care of for us! We had a slight delay with post but they already had a work around for this in place which was very impressive. We are very happy with our new car and would actually feel confident to go through this process again with BuyaCar in the future if needed.

The website was easy to navigate and filter all aspects that I was looking for in my car. All necessary information was included and since all vehicles are sourced from approved dealers it made choosing a car all that much easier. Throughout the process communication with the buyacar team was very good and frequent. All necessary information was provided quickly and matters with the car finance lender were all sorted by the buyacar team without hassle and no hidden costs.
