Feb 19,2021brought a car 2 weeks ago, friendly people at BuyaCar kept in contact with what was happening when to expect the car and what i needed to do. They rang me after 2 days to arrange a delivery date, after 5 days from when i first put the deposit on the vehicle i had a call from the delivery service to confirm i would be in and able to show I.D. They rang an hour before arriving with the car and the next day the logbook arrived. The car is exactly what was advertised and the experience was hassle free.

Feb 18,2021I’d never heard of buyacar.co.uk before buying my BMW M140i. Due to the current COVID situation visiting the dealership wasn’t an option but the staff at BuyACar were on hand at every point to help me. The APR rate they offered was lower than the dealer themselves which made the deal even more attractive. Staff on the telephones were very helpful and no question was too much. I would highly recommend BuyACar and would definitely use them in the future.

Feb 10,2021The process of part exchanging my car was super simple and quick. Can't fault Buyacar for how this process went! When I received my new car, I took it for a safety inspection at a local garage where they found that the brakes were completely worn down and one of the tyres had a puncture- not great for a car I had had for less than a week! Fortunately Buyacar were fantastic and agreed to foot the cost of the repairs so I wasn't out of pocket. Very impressed with their service and their level of communication throughout

I was given clear advice re next steps: details of how to pay, and when; what to expect re valid MOT etc. I was then contacted by the Operations team and was given a choice of delivery dates along with top tips re checking my car on arrival. All in all very a helpful and easy process delivered by friendly teams. My car arrived on time and as expected- better, in fact!

Tommy it’s the guy 3 kind of warranty... together A bit slow process but I’m sure it’s a ( coronavirus situation ) My car was delivered front of my door, 10 feet away from my bedroom 😀 I was still sleeping the driver was very good guy don’t know anything about “credit finance”
