Feb 01,2021My finance was up on my car earlier than I thought and so needed to find a quick replacement. I found a car and reserved it on here. Over the weekend my finance company called and said they had reviewed my circumstances and were able to extend my current finance by a year - i'm at the 3 year stage - but had thought it was 4 years. I called up buy-a-car and because i had not returned the signed forms - was able to get my deposit back - in a matter of days. No fuss, no hassle and no admin fees. Obviously - had i actually signed the forms and sent them in before the finance company got back in touch - that would have been different - but the reason for the review is - the company followed through with their website claim around returning the deposit - which i thought worthy of a review - even though i didnt get a car.

Jan 29,2021First time purchasing a car through PCP finance and the whole process with BuyaCar was flawless. The online facility and application was quick and easy and, when contacting them by phone, the staff were very helpful. There was a late issue which came to light a day before delivery. The team noticed what looked like a large scratch on the front bumper. Images were forwarded to me and discussions were had about a solution. But on delivery, the ‘scratch’ was actually just a residue mark which wiped off. But their process of determining the issue and the communication was excellent. Top marks to Alun, Senior Operations Executive, and other staff members. Would highly recommend purchasing through this company.

Had a few phone calls with really friendly and professional people. My car arrived about 6days after ordering. No problem,s up to now. I would recommend this company highly.

Jan 27,2021I bought a car through buy a car and found the experience to be stress free and straight forward; albeit they did need a lot of information and security checks- which I suppose is good with such a large online purchase! The team were amazing from sales, admin and operations and made sure I was happy with each step of the process. My only niggle would be on the acceptance of the car there was no spare wheel included and the car really wasn’t in valeted condition, there were marks on the fabric seats, dust and dirt down the sides of the vehicle and I had just wish more attention had been given to the cleanliness! Although I know this would of been the dealership and not buy a car directly. There were also multiple scratches on the paint work, and marks and chips on the interior. I wouldn’t expect this amount of wear and tear for a 5 year old car and it would of been helpful to have known this when the car was advertised; especially via an online sale. The delivery driver drove over 500 miles to deliver the vehicle to me, so I can’t imagine anyone would feel comfortable turning them away! Aside from a few niggles which could of made a good experience better- I’m quite happy with Buy a Car service! In future, I think I will stick to going to a dealership and checking over the car prior to signing up to a lengthy agreement.

Jan 27,2021I was looking for a new Car while browsing the web and found the Buyacar site,After doing lots of research to make sure they were legit I decided to go ahead and buy a car with them, I thought the whole process from beginning to end was Very easy,The Customer service was excellent,The representatives were very efficient and polite,Even setting up finance was easy,It only took 3 days to complete my car purchase,And it arrived a few days after,This was all completed during a Covid 19 lockdown as well. I can not recommend Buyacar highly enough.
