There was a last minute delay on the day my car was due for delivery which meant I may not have received it for another week, but the Operations team did a great job to ensure I had my car the next day, showing genuine care for me as a customer.

Once I expressed an interest in the car I wanted, I was contacted on the same day and the process was made very easy by my dedicated contact (I would name him, but the Trustpilot Guidelines say I'm not allowed to use other's names, so I'll just say his name began with an A!). He talked me through the whole process and I really felt like he was invested in giving good customer service and helping make things as easy as possible, at no point did I feel like 'just another customer'. Jan 19,2021Buying a car was a smooth and quick process wtj minimum red tape. However, delivery was frustrating, had to take time of work only for it not to be delivered until 8:15pm. No information regadrding delayed delivery, just silence.

Jan 16,2021I found out about Buyacar from a friend, i fancied a newly used car . Went on the website chose a car , I got allocated with a young lady Alexandra. She was jus amazing, explained the ins and outs of the process., there was points were I got stressed and got fed up as to why it was taking so long but Alexandra assured me we were well with in the 15day process and it was the festive period. She organised everything and it went smoothly even to the minute. She said my car would arrive on a Monday @ 10am (as I had to go to work) and it was there on the dot, thank you Alexandra thank you Buyacar Tendai Mugezi

Jan 15,2021I initially looked at the Carguru website as this was recommended to me by a local garage.However, their monthly repayments were unrealistic for my budget. Luckily I chanced upon Buyacar with a wide range of the cars I was interested in, PLUS the repayments were much more to my liking. I was torn between getting a small, stylish Vauxhall Adam or a sporty Mazda MX5 or Fiat 124 Spider. A choice between head or heart. The advisor at Buyacar pretty much made my choice for me, as it came down to what I could afford or how much money I could bear to part with every month. I was delighted to learn that I had an Excellent Credit Rating and that I would qualify for their lowest interest rate; so I went with the Fiat Spider. (I had also agonised over whether to go for the Mazda or the Fiat, but in the end it came down to which one looked more eye-catching & stylish - heart won over head). Buying a new car and dealing with the large sums of money involved can be a stressful process, but everyone at Buyacar eased my anxiety at every step; and my car was safely delivered to my door within about 10 days of me making the initial phone call.

Jan 15,2021It was quite a long experience with buyacar but the service was outstanding. The car I originally bought had several faults which made it unavailable to sell. The exhaustive measures that buyacar take to ensure the viability of the vehicle is amazing! Although I had to go through 3 different cars before finally getting my dream vehicle, the customer service and communication through out was perfect. I was able to call the case agent at any time of day for an update and they were always pleasant and helpful. My vehicle arrived exactly as described and I even got a 3 year warranty with the car despite it being a 2014 plate. Couldn't recommend buyacar more

Jan 14,2021Being able to find and buy a car was a simple and straightforward process. I was able to find exactly what I wanted and at every stage of the process I was kept up to date with what was happening and what would happen next. The delivery of the car was arranged at a time to suit me. I was informed of some slight issues before delivery and it was all sorted to my satisfaction. I would have liked my warranty details a bit quicker to know what was covered but as soon as I got in touch they sent this very promptly. All in all a great service and I am extremely happy with the car.

Service was top class, particularly Didi and Khaled who kept me up to date with every aspect of the process. Could not fault any part of the application, service or final delivery.
