Car delivered when requested, in good condition, just as promised. Minor negative - the original spec said the car had floor mats, but it didn't. Everything else was as promised.

I decided on the car, found it on their website, paid the deposit, had a couple of phone calls, and five days later the car was on my driveway. It’s that simple. All of the people I dealt with were extremely helpful and professional. I’ll definitely use them again, no more car sales rooms for me!

Dec 13,2020This company has revolutionised the experience of buying a car. I honestly loved the whole process. I was super nervous about receiving a car that wasn’t to my expectation. But the process they go through, works! I loved my car! A big shout out to the person delivered it to me. He was lovely, caring and made that little extra fuss. The car was in immaculate condition. Properly checked as promised. I was told many times that I have 14 days to return it. But there is no chance of any return. Thank you guys!

Dec 12,2020Superb customer service throughout, quick, polite and efficient. Really love our new car which was 4yo and 37k but in showroom condition. Would heartily recommend Buyacar to friends, family and the rest of the internet. The only glitch was the car being delivered without the V5 green slip for taxing, but again customer service was excellent and they covered the cost of a replacement. Our second time using Buyacar and will use them again.
