I would like to say how pleased we are with our new La Pavoni Gran Pressurizzato GCPM. It makes great coffee as you would expect, although it took a little while to master, and the instructions could have been a little clearer. As we live in a hard-water area we would recommend use of bottled water. The package arrived promptly and in perfect condition with a UK adapter plug included. We were also very pleased to find that all taxes were included in the price and we were not required to pay customs duties or additional VAT. On the strength of our satisfaction with the machine we have now purchased the matching grinder. Overall, I would give Caffe Italia a score of four and a half stars out of five.

Una empresa con un surtido impresionante y cumplidora. Tuve que reclamar una pieza dañada en garantía y no hubo problema. Con unas fotos de comprobante tramitaron rápidamente el envío de una pieza de sustitución. Un detalle que me llamó la atención al hacer la compra inicial (en la página española) fue que había que hacer la compra SIN entrar en la cuenta personal... Si me registraba, no me permitía efectuar la compra. Por lo tanto, después de comprar, tampoco se veía reflejado en mi cuenta personal. Al final todo bien, pero eso sería un detalle a mejorar, para la tranquilidad del cliente.

Proud owner of a Gaggia Velasca. A lockdown purchase from last May. Great price and quick delivery but more important is the after sales service. I had a self inflicted problem this week and the team resolved it within 24 hours of receiving my email. Recommend.

Right result in the end I ordered a £400 coffee machine that came with a large crack down the side of the machine and bits of plastic broken off. The packaging inside appeared damaged, so it was likely damaged in transit. I contacted customer services, as per their website, who passed me on to the 'technical' department. The 'technician' wanted me to tell him which parts were broken so that he could order them and I could fix the machine. I explained that this did not seem possible and that I wanted an exchange or refund. He said that 'it was only a 3 minute job' (which could not be the case with the pieces of plastic cracked off) and that he could offer me a bag of coffee. I did not want a bag of coffee, I wanted a non-defective machine. I asked for a refund. I was then ignored for several days until the 'technician' said I could have a refund if I put together a schedule of all the defects, including pictures describing the faults. I had already done this, so suspected it was a ploy to keep me from receiving a refund. I was then ignored. I contacted AmazonPay, who contacted the seller. I finally had an email saying they would accept the machine back, but it had to be in new and an unboxed condition. They also wanted me to fund the return postage (£44.00) to Italy. Obviously it is impossible to return in new and unboxed condition when they know that I had inspected the item and found it defective. I am now awaiting further instructions, but am left with a broken coffee machine which they will not pay for to be returned. I have evidence of all the correspondence etc. UPDATE: they have agreed to collect the machine. Hopefully they will carry out what they’ve agreed. Further update: After 4 weeks from my first email they have refunded the full amount and apologised for the inconvenience.

Very happy with my purchase, good product at a fair price, however shipping and communication could be improved. Although the product showed as in stock delivery took 25 days. This timeframe was not communicated at all, the website says nothing about delivery taking 3 weeks. When I contacted Cafe Italia 7 days after my purchase I was told that the item had shipped but they could not provide tracking information. Another 7 days after this I received a notification from the delivery company that they had received the item for delivery. From here the delivery was a pretty standard 5 days, but not great that there was such a delay on getting the item dispatched to me and that this delay was not communicated at all. Very happy with the machine once it arrived it was well packed and as described. Would have been much better had they just upfront about the delivery timeframe on the website or let me know once I had placed thee order that delivirey would take around 3 weeks. The majority of my emails were not responded to, although I did manage to get through on the phone.

Service was very good and my coffee machine looks beautiful with a free bag of beans. The machine has some hiccups regarding condensation and drip tray filling up regularly The button for the expresso plays up. coffee grinds ends up at the back of the machine. We clean our machine daily to get a cup of the Best coffee ever

I was very satisfied with my purchase and I am back brewing excellent coffee. The only slightly negative point was the time taken to deliver the machine which was listed as in stock. I felt that over 1 month was excessive and fell well short of previous service performance. The response I got when I requested a delivery date update was a stock reply that offered no information other than the order was in process. Had to return for repair under warranty in mid-February. Looked like a grinder motor failure. Not great performance record after only about 4 months compared to my old Titanium that prepared over 15000 coffees over 8 years without a breakdown. I reserve judgement on the durability of the Velasca

I purchased a Gaggia Classic 2019 model from coffeeitalia recently. Before I purchased it I had a question and sent them an email. I received a reply from Matteo that night which was very helpful. The order went through and I received it within a week. As it came from Italy it came with an EU plug but Matteo included an adapter for the UK. The service I received was excellent and I would recommend coffeeitalia. I would definitely buy from them again.

Fantastic pre purchase advice and confirmation of service centre locations (in case I ever needed them) . Great product range made it easy for me to source the machine I wanted (Gaggia Cadorna Preatige) as we get through about a kilo of beans each week in our house. Only let down was poor delivery service, particularly as the local courier company was experiencing meltdown in the pre Christmas delivery market, I would definitely buy from here again.

Bough a Gaggia machine from them it was faulty,their response was absolutely terrible avoid this company like the plague.As with any company you find out their worth only if something goes wrong,they are hopeless and unhelpful don’t even respond to emails.
