I have just received my Bezzera Unica PID espresso machine today- it is beautiful, I can't wait to start using it!! Excellent service, fast delivery (within 3 business days) and answered all of my queries within a timely manner. Would definitely recommend!

Had a very positive experience with both Caffe Italia UK and IE. Made two purchases - Ceado E37S, small hopper and coffee. When I was making my first purchase I also had a concern which some people mentioned here about company's reliability (especially when my bank declined the purchase). Since then the company implemented Amazon Pay which eliminates this concern. Moreover, I was very pleased with my both orders and a level of service. Coffee beans I received were of the highest quality, very fresh and really delicious. I haven't seen this amount of crema earlier buying beans from some local roasters for the same price. Ordering more now. Can highly recommend Caffe Italia - just make sure you negotiate all the details in advance and give them some time to execute especially during the pandemic.

The lowest I've ever experienced. A chain of 14 emails, half of them mine, half of them Barbara or other dude saying that they're "investigating". Had two main problems, one was the product not refreshing its status in the orders section (still says processing) and me not knowing when this would arrive... after a long week it got home so the problem was solved, but never got a response from the team. Right after receiving the parcel, I realized items were missing and others were not as described, like completely different and not professional grade as described. I sent an email with details, images of the unboxing, and everything I could possibly add. Again Barbara the detective said she would investigate and elevate it to the shipping department. 2 weeks since the machine arrived, 0 real answers to my problems. Please just AVOID these people, if you have any little issue with your order, the support is null and you'll get very frustrated

Rancilio Rocky grinder purchased just before Christmas, I had inadvertently ordered the Doser model instead of doserless, but quickly phoned and got that corrected. The delivery was in time for Christmas and very well packaged, thanks

Bought a Gaggia Classic Pro - pretty quick delivery and sent via FedEx from Italy. Included the 3x bags of free ground Gaggia coffee and a fused UK to EU adaptor. I ended up just using a kettle plug I had spare and put a 13amp fuse in it. Barbara was really quick in getting back to me about a shipping query I had. Only thing was you could see the box had been opened slightly before, but I guess they probably wanted to check everything was all present before they shipped it all that way. Gaggia was pristine and works perfectly. Really pleased with the purchase and I’d buy from them again, new grinder next time!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - DO NOT USE - I purchased a Gaggia Classic Pro with Caffe Italia in November 2020. I reported an issue with the portafilter within three days of receiving the product but was told that this would fix itself over time. Two months later the issue has worsened and I cannot use the machine at all. I have emailed and called Caffe Italia many many times since mid-December. Barbara from customer service keeps promising to get the technical team to call me but still no-one has bothered to contact me. I am appalled that my complaints continue to go unanswered and that the machine has not been fixed or replaced. Please avoid this company so you do not experience the same issues.

I've had the best customer experience with the guy's at Café Italia! My Nuova Simonelli Oscar 2 arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition. Everyone was so helpful and Responded to my emails and voicemails promptly. They answered my shipping questions within 24 hours and my machine arrived exactly when they said it would! Incredible considering it came straight from the factory in Italy all the way to the UK during a pandemic/lockdown. You can also track your order once it's despatched using the Shop App downloadable from the Google Play Store. I watched my parcel travel across Italy, France and all the way to the UK. Fed Ex updated the shipment details every day via email too. Thanks so much Matteo for your helpful and quick responses and thank you to everyone at Caffé Italia you're doing an amazing job!

With some trepidation we ordered a Rancilio Rocky SD Grinder on 5th January 2021. New rules had just come into place on the UK border because of Brexit and we had read some disturbing reviews about Caffè Italia. However, I can happily report that 10 days later we were grinding coffee direct into our portafilter with the new machine and am very pleased with the results. It looks nice in the kitchen and a great improvement on our previous Krups grinder. I am glad I did my research beforehand! I did not choose the ‘Prime Delivery’ option. Communication is not this company’s strong point - I got a confirmation email on ordering and no further communication. I got a text 4 days before delivery from Fedex that allowed me to track the parcel’s process on the Fedex website. As I expected, the grinder shipped from Italy despite the implication on the website that the machine would ship from a UK warehouse. As I expected, despite being securely packed in an unopened box, the machine was covered with a fine dusting of ground coffee. I am glad I knew in advance about this factory test grinding because if I did not, I would have been quite upset! I watched some videos about calibration and cleaning which in conjunction with the instruction manual was helpful. In all a positive experience and I can recommend.

I purchased and received promptly my order with no issues. Problem arose when I had issues with my coffee machine. Customer service support was poor, emails with just a few words and wrong advice. The wrong advices caused additional damage and they denied any responsability. The machine was sent for repair under warranty and they never reimbursed me shipping despite being my right from law. I would never use them again.

Great coffee machine! We were so happy to receive the machine all the way from italy that we turned it on right away, thinking we would figure out how it works along the way. Well, there we went wrong. After a few seconds of heating, the machine shut off suddenly and we couldn’t turn it on anymore. I called the service number and this super friendly Italian man told me what the problem was: “yes madam, you turned on the machine, without reading the manual!” I had to agree.. it turned out to be a safety mechanism to prevent the boiler from overheating since we didn’t fill it with water properly. The nice Italian man sent me a internet link with instructions how to reset the machine and few minutes later we could enjoy the best coffee in the world from our own elektra machine! Great machine, great service! The only recommendation I’d have is to put a big red safety warning on the machine which tells you to read the manual first!! :-)

Dieser Shop ist eine Katastrophe! Nach drei Tagen war die bestellte Pavoni kaputt, was man von so einer Firma nicht gerade erwartet. Der Versuch, bei dem Shop anzurufen, scheiterte, weil dort nur ein Anrufbeantworter angeschaltet war. Trotz meiner Nachricht hat niemand zurückgerufen. Auch per Mail gab es keine Reaktion, nach einigen Tagen kam eine Nachricht: "Wir haben Ihre Mail an den Kundendienst weitergeleitet". Danach Funkstille! Also scheint der Kundendienst dort nicht existent zu sein. Daher, Finger weg von Caffé Italia! Niemals dort kaufen!

AVOID THIS SELLER AT ALL COSTS! Coffee machine and grinder arrived without UK fused plugs. I immediately rejected goods and repacked in original packaging. Seller had DHL uplift but 2 weeks later seller claimed goods arrived damaged. I requested photographic evidence with machine serial numbers. No evidence was ever provided by the seller. It took over a month and much email correspondence before Amazon refunded under Amazon Pay guarantee. AVOID THIS SELLER AT ALL COSTS! UPDATE 29 December 2020: Despite my numerous requests, the seller never provided any evidence of damage, or if there were damage that I caused it. The goods were never used (due to breach of UK electrical plug requirements of a sealed fused plug instead of a cheap aftermarket adapter) and were repacked in their original box and packaging, INCLUDING THE MANUAL. I advised the seller to claim against the courier it itself selected to uplift the goods on the seller's behalf from my home. The seller had the opportunity to inspect the goods before their uplift, but failed to do so. The seller has nobody to blame but itself! FURTHER UPDATE: Seller has now provided 2 low resolution images of something which, for all I know, he could have pulled out of a skip from sonewhere, but bears no resemblance to what I handed over to the seller's carrier, of which I have photographs. The seller has to prove at least 2 things: first, that the goods I handed over to its carrier were poorly packaged at that time. Second, if there was any damage that damage was caused by me, not the carrier. If the goods were not packed by me properly the carrier (DHL) would never have even collected the goods from me. The seller has not provided any DHL identification markings on the carton, no image of the actual products or their serial numbers. Furthermore, the wrapping around the products was torn bits from a German language newspaper - proof it was not sent from the UK. Most telling of all, the seller has not provided any signed and dated damage report, and it only started claiming damage when I enquired about my refund. CLOSING REMARKS : The seller has now had 5 weeks in which to submit any credible evidence in support of its wild and unsubstantiated claims. In my opinion, nobody should waste any time with this outfit.

Cafe Italia U.K. not only sell machines that make the most fabulous coffee but their sales and aftercare set the bar very high too. Really friendly and helpful - and always responding promptly, even during these difficult times.

I bought a Lelit PL82 from Caffe Italia. The machine is very good in terms of value. The only problem is the water tank has a narrow and small open. With two water pipes sharing this small and narrow open, it is impossible to fill water without the risk to pour water into the machine. So I have to take out water tank to fill water, but my kitchen canbinet is only 50cm high. Everytime I have to move the machine out to take out the water tank for refilling water. Matteo is very kind to allow me to return the machine without any charge. I upgraded to a Profitec Pro 300. This is probably the ultimate small family size DB machine. I still cannot take out the water tank due to the cabinet height, but Profitec Pro 300's water tank is wide and open. I can easily fill in water with a bottle without the concern of splashing water into the machine. I received the Profitect Pro 300 on 23/12/2020. I almost thought it was impossible to receive it before New Year due to the peak season. Now I can have a new machine for Christmas holiday! I am very happy with my purchase and Caffè Italia's service is excellent!

I orders 3 days ago a Gaggia Babila. I received the order confirmation email stating that the item will be shipped in 24 hours. 3 days later no response to my email no possible to reach the call center. What’s going on here??? Update, I got a call from Marco. He said we never shipped to Nepal before so we need to check the rate and today you will hear from us. This should be a simple API connection to DHL right on checkout. One day later and no email received. Finally I received a full refund. Thanks

Bought a coffee machine and a coffee grinder, but both arrived with EU plugs, not UK plugs and no convertors. We purchased a euro convertor plug off Amazon, One worked, the coffee grinder though gave off mild electric discharge, so we contacted them to return, by email. No response, fortunately we had bought through Amazon pay so they are following it up for us. Finally we are getting a response but they at first said it was our fault even though it is is illegal to sell appliances in the UK without either a UK plug or a fully encapsulated convertor, now after two weeks of email exchanges they are claiming that they did include a convertor, we know they did not and that other reviewers on this site have also commented on this. We have had enough and will get Amazon to refund us. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. Update applied for money back from Amazon A-Z received following email from Amazon: Hello We have received the below message from the seller : "the product was returned without its original packaging, the products are significantly damaged beyond recovery, the products have been used, the damage reported in transport due to incorrect packaging is total, according to our policies, damage on returns is the responsibility of the customer we have sent photos of transport damage to the customer, " Please provide a response in 3 calendar days or we may close this claim. This a lie, the product is still sitting in my hall as the dispute I have with them is who is paying to return it. Amazon have refunded our money as the seller first broke the law sending an appliance without a UK plug or fully enclosed adapter then lied twice. Thanks for resolving this Amazon.

Coffee machine arrived with a part missing and was therefore not functioning at all correctly. Received a response in which no apology was offered and I was told to buy the part elsewhere. Following this my emails (10+) were consistently ignored for over a month to the point at which I gave up. Do not buy from this company.
