Absolute joke of a company. Hands down the worst e-commerce site I’ve ever had the privilege to deal with. Ordered on 30 August, machine and grinder supposed to be in stock. After a few days, I got in touch, they replied that it will be shipped a week later. Ok, fine, it was showing in stock, but nevermind, can wait 1 more week. Week has passed and no machine in sight, emailed back, then emailed again, then called, then called again...never got an email reply, and when they picked up the phone, it was always to say, yes, we will reply to your email...but I don’t want a freaking reply (which I didn’t even get), I want the damn machine that was in stock 2 weeks ago and that I paid 600£ for! Needless to say, avoid these jokers. I will now patiently wait the 30 days to claim back from MasterCard. Update: 3 weeks now, and still no news whatsoever. They just took the money! Update 2: after 5 weeks, I’ve now received notification of shipment... Update 3: received the coffee machine after 6 weeks and never an update from these guys. And now, they want me to say thank you. What a bunch of incompetent jokers!
After reading a lot of mixed reviews and fair share of negative feedback I was in two minds whether or not to place an order... However I took the plunge put in an order for the new Gaggia classic pro. These machines for the most part and to my understanding are ordered direct from Italy. So of course this is going to take a few weeks to arrive. I did not receive a tracking number so I called up coffee Italia and was told the date that my machine was dispatched and expected to arrive. Thinking back to previous reviews I had read I was a bit anxious as to whether I was in for a bad experience. I then thought to myself, this company is probably processing thousands of orders with very few staff to man the influx of enquires, especially with the current pandemic and delays in shipments. Of course there are going to be some negative reviews it’s human nature to be frustrated, impatient and vent negativity especially in times where everything is instant with the click of a button. My experience has been very good, excellent in fact. My machine arrived in perfect condition directly from Italy straight from the factory! Customer service was excellent. I would definitely recommend coffee Italia.
about the worst company out there 1. They did not tell me the product is not in stock 2. After emails and calls I cancelled the purchase, they ignored me 3. I used charge back with my credit card 4. After 2 months they send the machine and claimed money back 5. They actually paid for the unopened boxed machine to come back to Italy (one small positive thing) 6. Waiting for money to be returned. About to the the second chargeback with my credit card. - I had to take a picture of DHL person with the unopened box so I can prove the box was not open. This is how much I don't trust this company. (what should be a simple money back takes 3 months at the moment and counting)
I orderd à La Pavoni from coffeeitalia . Paid with my creditcard. Then I read some bad reviews about this company . And when the promised 5 days for delivery had passed I wish I paid with PayPal. But after 7 working days the mashine turned up . So I´m happy. No problem. Stefan
I paid on August 16th for my espresso machine and grinder which showed as in stock. Having heard nothing three days later I emailed. The next day they replied that they were on "holiday" and would be back on the 25th. Another email from me a few days after that and this time it was definitely going to be sent the next week. Now it is Friday of that week and still nothing. If you phone when they find out it's not to make a new order they hang up! Now I have to wait another week as MasterCard says you have to give them 30 days before making a dispute. They are not professional and obviously do not have any stock themselves. At least not in the UK as I suspect they are purely Italian based. Update! As they have replied to my review yes it is true I now have my order 95% good then apart from the fact the water tank was faulty when it arrived. This was likely due to a manufacturing fault and nothing to do with the packing or delivery. Initially when I asked for a replacement they stated this was not covered. On contacting the manufacturer I was sent back to the supplier and this time they agreed to replace the faulty part. That was on 30th September and to date it has not turned up. I have updated my star rating to three at the moment and may revise this again if the replacement water tank turns up. Regarding my original complaint I did expect some delay of course due to covid 19 however this does not explain why items they clearly did not have in stock were listed as in stock on their website. Communication as to when orders would be available and delivered was also poor. Finally received the replacement water tank so everything is fine now. They were the cheapest so I suppose they have to make savings somewhere. I wouldn't necessarily rule out buying from them again however I would balance any savings against the added stress should anything go wrong.

I bought a ceado e37z naked. Marco is a really helpful and very friendly guy. Knows a lot about the coffee industry to tailor what you need at your price point. I just received the grinder after 4 months of waiting but I can understand it being late. The only downside is ceado could've done a better job refining their product finish as the wormgear is out of place and also has a deep scratch. Its also out of balance.
I bought through Caffè Italia a Lelit Bianca machine. It is just great works fantastic. Good comunication with the owner. Took though some time till it got to us with this covid situation. Be careful it is heavy!
Currently awaiting an Amazon Pay claim - to get my money refunded. Caffe Italia UK no longer responding to my emails - and have not refunded me - after they confirmed my order was cancelled. Ordered a LaPavoni Professional for ~£600 on 16th August and paid an additional £9 for "Prime delivery" on top of the the standard £12.23. Chased the order on 19th August and was advised it was not going to be dispatched until w/c 25th August as they were "closed until then". I requested the order be cancelled - as there had been no mention of this delay when I placed the order (or paid the extra for "Prime" delivery). After trying to placate me with a free milk frother / jug if I did not cancel the order (which I declined) - on 22nd August Caffe Italia UK confirmed by email that my order was cancelled and my Amazon account would be refunded. 1st September I have still not been refunded - they now seem to be ignoring my emails - and when I phone their phone number I get a very rude response - and told to send an email. Luckily I chose Amazon Pay and have just submitted my A-to-Z Guarantee claim for a refund (as 15 days has elapsed from the order). Recommend you avoid - otherwise you risk similar experience.
Beware! Appalling customer service. These guys do not care once they have your money. Machine arrived damaged “bend it out with your hand” was their response. Keep away from there jokers. If this is their attitude to something damaged during transit I do not hold out much hope for getting help under a guarantee.

Selbst ein Punkt ist hier zu viel vergeben!!! Ich hatte am 17.08.20 eine Rancilio Silvia mit Prime für den Geburtstag meines Mannes am 22.08.20 bestellt. Leider war auf der Homepage nicht angegeben, dass besagte Firma bis 25.08.20 im Urlaub ist. Das habe ich erst erfahren, als ich in Frankfurt anrief und jemanden am Telefon hatte, der nur Englisch sprach um mir dies mitzuteilen. Auf Grund dessen habe ich am 19.08.20 die Bestellung widerrufen. Am 21.08.20 wurde mir angeboten, dass wenn ich die Bestellung beibehalte ich noch einen Milchaufschäumer und Milchkrug bekomme. Ich habe dies abgelehnt und nochmals gebeten mir den Widerruf zu bestätigen und das Geld zu erstatten. Nachdem ich dann nichts mehr gehört hatte, habe ich am 25.08.20 mit Frist bis zum 27.08.20 wiederholt um die Bestätigung und die Erstattung gebeten. Am 26.08.20 wurde mir dann mitgeteilt, dass es für eine Stornierung zu spät sei und das Paket versendet wurde (am 24.08.20 - wo ich hier schon 2 mal um die Bestätigung des Widerrufs gebeten hatte). Ich habe das Paket bei FedEx abgelehnt... mal schaun wie es mit dieser unseriösen Firma weitergeht, die bewusst auf meinen Widerruf geantwortet, diesen aber vollkommen ignoriert haben, weitergeht. Frist ist gesetzt. Ich bin auf das Kommentar der Firma gespannt - der komplette E-Mail Verkehr ist belegbar!!! UPDATE: 19.10.20 Wie zu erwarten rührt sich natürlich keiner mehr von CoffeeItalia, nachdem das Paket auf eigene Kosten zurückgeschickt wurde und auch dort angekommen ist! Von wegen „wir warten auf das Paket und erstatten dann das Geld“ - Ha ha! Ich kann euch nur raten, lasst die Finger von dieser Firma!! Mag sein, dass bei manchen die Angelegenheit gut gelaufen ist, aber lest euch die aktuellsten Bewertungen durch, das sagt schon alles... Aber auch ich lasse mich gerne eines besseren belehren!

I purchased a La Pavoni machine with New Caffe Italia after having a poor experience with a different supplier. It's really hard to get this type of machine in Australia and I received the package within 6 days. Super impressed with the service and quality of machine. Thanks guys!
Purchased a La Pavoni coffee machine 6 weeks ago, delivery was swift, items packed well and after sales support provided by Matteo was excellent.
As I live in the Canary Islands and some suppliers do not have deliveries to the islands, I have to make sure through several emails that Caffe Italia was able to deliver the coffee maker I desire, and in the service I received by this company was excellent all the time, getting my product in time.
