I bought a Gaggia Babila Espresso machine along with a bag of Caffè Italia coffee beans. The shipment is really fast and I was able to get my items within a week, given it’s from United Kingdom to Denmark. The machine is great and I have since drunk at least three cups of latte or cappuccino per day :-) and the beans are very fresh with a lot of crema. I would definitely recommend Caffè Italia for anyone who is either just getting into espresso and not satisfied with milky drink at chain coffee shop to coffee connoisseurs. They have complete lineup of machines ranging from very decent low end ones for starters to high end presumer, commercial ones, accessories and coffee beans.

I ordered a grinder in July Payment was utterly confusing - resulting in phone calls emails - I gave up! Not even aware that my payment had finally been cleared. Then 3 MONTHS later a grinder arrived! I was totally confused but yes - my money had been taken back in July- but the grinder took 3 months to get here. 3 months! Obviously, I don’t need a grinder anymore - I got one elsewhere (and it arrived in 3 DAYS). To add to my disappointment I now cannot get hold of ANYONE to receive a refund or to return the grinder. I have emailed twice and called and left a message- but it seems now my money has been taken - no one is bothered. So what do I do? I don’t need or want this grinder that took 3 months to arrive, what I need is Coffeeitalia to take responsibility and arrange FEDEX to collect it and refund me my money. Edit - now February 2020 Still no answer from this company. I will repeat in case they are confused... the payment was taken in July, the grinder arrived 3 months later. No one will allow me to return the grinder, despite my legal consumer right to return a product up to two weeks after delivery. I still have the grinder unopened in the box if Coffeeitalia want to do the right thing... I’m expecting them to take another 3 months to reply to this request too. Laughable.

We ordered an espresso machine with Caffè Italia UK mid October 2019 with prime delivery (should arrive in 3 business days). After 4 days nothing happened, we called, they would only respond to emails. Via email they promised it would arrive in two days. Didn't happen. Another email exchange, it would be shipped that week. Didn't happen. It wasn't shipped until 2.5 week after ordering with standard (non prime) shipping. We asked for our prime shipping cost back. Haven't heard back. Their site looks great, but their service is absolutely terrible so far...

Just wanted to say thank you for great service and for recommending an amazing machine. After two weeks and lots of practice now getting quality shots and microfoam. Love the machine.

Great team from Caffe Italia. Even though they had some difficulties to deliver the order as soon as possible but with great efforts from the team, the products delivered less than one month (as my maximum target to receive the order).

Fast service and good communication. The machine that I ordered was taken out of production but the salesman Matteo got in touch and suggested another machine, I was happy with the suggestion and a couple of days later the machine arrived.

This is now my second order from CoffeeItalia and once again I was assisted in an ultra-professional manner by Matteo. My first purchase was for a QuickMill Alexia EVO which I am enjoying on a daily basis. However I was getting increasingly frustrated with my coffee grinder which remained slow & noisy while dispensing clumpy grinds. A few emails later and I had a Ceado E37S (with the new worm gear) on the way. No need to mince words – the E37S is an absolute beast. It is SO easy to setup and gives perfect, fluffy, clump-free grinds dosed right into the centre of the portafilter. No mess, no hassle and lightning fast. The touchscreen is a joy to use & not under or over sensitive and the menu easy to understand. The overall design is clean, sleek and just the right side of industrial to fit in a home kitchen. If I had one complaint it would be that the hopper is way too big for home use and Ceado could allow the option of supplying the small one instead. But this is minor complaint because the small hopper is available to buy separately. Ceado have done so many things right with this grinder (like easy maintenance, micro adjustments with the new gears and no loss of settings during cleaning) that it basically answers every demand I could ask for, bar single dosing (which is do-able, but not without risk). Yes, the E37S is expensive. However after weighing up the options and comparing the competition, I see it as a (smart) long term investment with great customer service from CoffeeItalia backing me up should I ever need it. Recommend CoffeeItalia, Ceado & QuickMill? Without a doubt! And I look forward to dealing with them again soon.

Good price on the La Pavoni I wanted. Delivery took a while, but this was clearly explained before I placed the order. Sourcing it direct from the manufacturer with a euro plug is obviously how they can get the prices so competitive. Came well packaged and I'm very pleased with it.

I purchased the Rancilio Rocky which unfortunately arrived slightly damaged. I contacted Italia who did everything they could to put it right and sent out replacement parts which arrived in a few days. Best price around and great customer service. Highly recommend.

If you want complete ignorance this is a 5 star company, if you like dealing with arrogant people this gets 5 stars again, if you like to purchase items then don't need assistance if something is wrong then this outfit gets top marks streets above the rest. If you like ringing up to get problems sorted and like the idea of a person putting the phone down then this is the company to deal with. Please be aware DESPITE WHAT IT SAYS ON THE WEBSITE AND MY ORDER I got a European machine with a European plug NOT to quote 'Products will be supplied with the proper country plug' - this is a lie you get a travel adapter with it which isn't what is stated. Those of you having difficulty with this company just simply contact your payment issuer and request a chargeback for the payment on whatever grounds of the distance selling regulations is applicable to your case. People reading these bad reviews need to think twice before wasting time with this outfit who clearly operate in Italy despite giving the impression with the UK website & phone number they are in the UK. They may be a few pounds cheaper but you will lose out far more in the long run should you need to resolve an issue, I made a mistake but fortunately he will be on the end of chargeback very soon thanks to my credit card issuer, never ever again, if I could give it zero stars I would, worst ever retail experience I could imagine. You will get more cooperation from a Goldfish.

If there was a zero star option this company would be ideal recipients. Ordered a Gaggia Espresso Machine at the beginning of August-Thursday the 1st. Told the machine will be with me on the following Monday. The Monday arrived, no shipping information so I called them asking for tracking info.It was then that I found that they hadn't shipped it. A very rude man called Giorgio said I would receive it within 2 days. The machine did eventually arrive on the Wednesday I think it was. I set it up and it made the most awful noises so I contacted Gaggia UK who informed me that were not responsible for anything sold be Caffe Italia and their advice was to return it. They listened to the machine and confirmed that there was a major problem. I noticed that the drip tray did not have the protective film on it which suggests that the machine was not new. I called them asking for a return shipping label which I was promised would be with me shortly. It never arrived so I called Caffe Italia again, this time on the Thursday, spoke to the very rude Giorgio again who said he would send the shipping label on Monday. I asked why Monday? Why not now. He hung up on me. Thankfully I used Amazon Pay for the purchase so I contacted them because Caffe Italia were ignoring my emails. Amazon told me the return label was being arranged. DHL collected the defective machine and it was duly returned to Caffe Italia. Obviously I wanted a refund, emails were sent and they were all ignored. Back to Amazon again who began the A to Z guarantee process to get my refund. There was a delay in the process and although Amazon informed me that I will be getting my refund it will take a few days. I am still waiting for my money. It is nearly the end of September and apart from 1 email to me written in German I have heard nothing from Caffe Italia. This is a company to avoid at all costs. Buy your coffee machine from a UK vendor because this outfit is not one I can recommend. Delays were blamed on everything from the Italian holiday shutdown to the carrier-rven though they hadn't yet shipped my order. Rude people and clearly not to be trusted. I await their response blaming me for having the audacity to expect a refund for a defective machine that was returned immediately. Well, as immediately as possible given this company's tactics. Awful awful people to deal with. Avoid. Their advertising suggests a UK office/warehouse. They are only in Italy. Thank goodness I used Amazon Pay who were instrumental in resolving this matter and without whom I would have lost my money.

Recently bought a brand new grinder from Caffe Italia, it arrived with deep scratches on the machine. Contacted them and they said it's just dust and asked me to clean it. I replied saying that it's not dust, it's deep scratches and they ignored my email afterwards. Here is one of the photos ibb.co 61Sm4zh the scratches are all around the wheel. Do you expect something like this when you buy a brand new grinder? More importantly, there was no apology from the seller at all.

great machine and definitely lowest price. It took a week for delivery straight out of Italy though and understood from the Logistics contact (Matteo) they are in the middle of a new logistics system so that the communication (track&trace) is a bit ' manual mode' emails at the moment. No big deal though and I hope they have their system automated up and running soon so that also the communication is bringing them to 5 stars. Meanwhile I enjoy super espresso from the Rancilio Silvia latest Edition.
