Excellent machine, makes great coffee, easy to add water and discard used coffee, easy maintenance. Cannot fault it, so I rate it as Excellent.
This company are not helpful after sales. Customer services answered my complaint by sending me a utube link which was not helpful. I have written back to them twice since then as the Gaggia Brera I purchased makes a substandard cup of coffee. I have requested an exchange or refund and no reply has been received. I suppose they think they’re away from it all in Italy!

Caffe Italia are fantastic suppliers of the Gaggia Brera machine. We bought one from them about 5 years ago and it served us well. When it finally needed a repair we decided to buy another new one from Caffe Italia as the price was not much more than a repair and we got a new warranty. We calculated that our old machine had saved us over £2,500 compared with a coffee capsule machine and we felt it made sense to buy another.
Great price, well packaged, and delivered in a week as ordered. Very good. Euro plug and lead but they supplied an adaptor. Have seen reviews stating long delays from ordering to delivery, but this was not the case for me. Also people complaining that their machine came only with a euro lead. Sad state of affairs if you are not able to change a plug top I say.
Am 6. August bestellt, keine Versandbestätigung. Man wird auf Nachfrage per Mail abgewimmelt. Nach über drei Wochen dann endlich Ware, aber keine ordentliche Rechnung. Kein Support, kein Kundenservice. Nicht empfehlenswert.

I have a bought a coffee machine from Caffe Italia weeks ago and honestly the process from the payment until the machine delivered to my house was going smoothly and so great. After I recieved the coffee I had many questions to ask so I was emailing coffee Italia about these questions and the shocked me with these prompt response and support. I would even want to thanks Matteo who was so patients to my millions of questions and he help me a lot to understand a couple of things. Thanks a lot Caffe Italia and keep going with on the same spirits you give to your customers.
purchased a gaggia espresso machine, returned it in original box - never used, cost me over 70 pounds to send back to italy (from UK) and they refunded me less 25 pounds! Therefore never buy from italy unless you are sure you want to keep the machine also after sales service would be from italy that would cost you postage/courier cost.
Although I was slightly annoyed with myself for failing to notice that prices were ex VAT on the website, I was extremely impressed by my shopping experience with Caffe Italia. Everything, including the final (VAT incusive) price, communications, the bomb-proof packaging and the astoundingly quick delivery from Italy was exemplary.

The STL Stradivari has an elegant, softer design than the La Pavoni Europiccola, which I have used for some 20 odd years. No regrets to changing the model and the coffee is still to perfection! The online ordering system at Caffe Italia was seamless and transparent with a speedy delivery. Highly recommend both machine and Caffe Italia.
I would never shop here again, Placed my order & heard NOTHING for a week, so i emailed in & the lies began, it was everyone’s fault but theirs, Sage, UPS, Post Office etc. So I cancelled my order, bought from AO with next day delivery and asked for a refund, which they WOULD NOT GIVE ME (£810) Then, miraculously after a month the machine arrived from ITALY & was left in my driveway when i was out!! I contacted them to arrange collection and refund and again I was ignored, phone numbers don’t work. I had to go not my bank & reverse payment, only then did they arrange collection. Whole experience was a nightmare, was stressful and frustrating and the worst customer service I can ever remember receiving. How important is it to you to save a few quid? (My Advice) Don’t Do It, not worth the hassle.
I was looking for the Lelit Grace PL81T on the website. It was advertised as in stock, with shipping from the UK. The machine was ordered with Amazon Prime delivery on 17/July. It was dispatched from Italy on 25/July and delivered on 29/July. It has a European plug and UK adapter. I saw no benefit from adding the Prime delivery option. When I twice rang for a status, the response was terse and uninformative.
