good service, good prices. i bought profitec pro 700 and ship it to israel. from the start, the communication with the store was excellent, all the details provided fast and also a deceleration of full warranty of the shipment. the machine arrived 48 hours after was shipped, the packaging was good and protective. the machine works great and i hope it will keep like that.
I bought a coffee machine from a foreign country and sent it to Hong Kong. I was very worried at the beginning. I contacted the customer service department many times. They told me that when I received the coffee machine, it took only two days to send it from Italy to Hong Kong. , received today, brand new machine, packaging is very good, very satisfied.
I ordered online from Caffè Italia (Rancilio Silvia and Rancilio grinder) and couldn’t fault their service. I had a couple of queries before I ordered which I emailed and got responses really fast, same day. Once the order was placed it arrived in three days. All well packaged and exactly as advertised. I’d highly recommend them - they were much cheaper than other sites I compared with but didn’t compromise on the service.

I ordered a Ceado E37s from this company. Their website promising quick efficient delivery and for the unit to be shipped with the correct plug for the country to be used in. I waited over a month for my grinder with no communication or explanation from them until I emailed asking what the delay was. They placed the blame on the warehouse and stock issues claiming it would be dispatched that week. Again I waited and still no dispatch. Yet again it was up to me to contact them for an explanation and yet again the blame was placed firmly at the feet of someone else. Finally after over a month of waiting my product arrives only to find it has the wrong plug fitted and a cheap UK adapter. On phoning them to complain I at first got no reply but then a phone call back from an incredibly rude member of staff who constantly spoke over me until finally he hung up on me. The customer service from this company is absolutely diabolical. I haven’t been treated so disrespectfully for a very long time. No apologies offered, no means of rectifying what was promised. This company has a very mixed bag of reviews. It looks as though it’s down to pure chance if you’ll be satisfied should you wish to gamble and purchase from them. Be warned should you have any issues with your purchase do not expect any kind of helpful after sales. I feel very much like my money was happily taken and then I was left out in the cold. The one certainty is that I will never purchase anything from them again. *in response to their reply, once again excuses. Communicate with your customers about delays and maybe they will be a bit more understanding. And maybe if you clearly state on your website rather than give misleading information regarding plugs they might again know what to expect. With regards to “yelling” on the phone, no such thing happened, my voice was raised yes I agree but this was necessary in order to be heard as the incredibly rude representative that I had the misfortune to speak to kept speaking over me and interrupting me before hanging up. If anyone is in any doubt about this company take a look at home coffee “prosumer” forums. You’ll find a lot of negative posts, which amazingly coincidentally mirror my complaint in many ways.
I've ordered Rancilio Silvia and Rocky grinder through Coffee Italia. Shipment arrived promptly which I was quite please with. Silvia has been making my morning very pleasant so far and I know it'll continue for years as the machine is a tank. Grinder arrived all smashed up which Coffee Italia addressed by sending a replacement again quite promptly. Price was by far the best I have found online as there were multiple discount codes that were available. One was for buying multiple items and the other was for signing up for newsletter subscription. Would've given five stars had there not been a bit of hiccup with grinder, giving a solid four for Coffee Italia. Thanks!
Short story: Ordered a La Pavoni espresso machine, and received a different version than on their web picture. Actually not the version I wanted. It also had a faulty part, and is not optimal to interact with. Contacted Coffeeitalia on several emails, with no luck. Tried to call them on the phone, but no answer. Then I got called up by an italian guy who was extremely rude. I tried my best to explain the situation gently, but the guy I talked to kept interrupting me and just hung up on me, before I could even explain the problem! After this, they ignored my calls completely. PLEASE CONSIDER CAREFULLY. Customer service is really really bad and non existent. Definitely the worst I have ever experienced. I would gladly have bought the machine somewhere else, and payed more as well to avoid this experience. As I read other negative reviews, its clear that its not only me, but that a lot of other people share this experience.
I was looking to upgrade my espresso setup and had decided on a specific machine. I originally contacted a local company of whom I had purchased my original machine. Not only did they not respond until I complained on Twitter, but when they did they did not entertain the idea of some form of discount based on purchasing a grinder or indeed having been a loyal customer (I offered them a guaranteed purchase!). Therefore I looked elsewhere and found CoffeeItalia. The machine in question was a considerable saving by itself, so that was an immediate plus. However what really cemented my decision was when I emailed customer support to ask about incentives and advice, I received a reply almost instantly from Marco (and this was a Saturday!) offering sound advice on a grinder, and even a discount based on purchasing together. Marco has been excellent keeping in touch throughout the order process and in fact my machine is already on its way direct from the manufacturer well ahead of schedule. Very impressed overall by the service, thanks Marco!
I can certainly recommend Coffee Italia! They have amazing prices, and definitely know what they are talking about & they go straight to the source when it comes to getting the right machines from the right manufacturers. Customer service was excellent & communication back and forth was great! Delivery took longer than expected but my coffee machine arrived & is warmly received!

The machines came in superb packaging and everything works great! The quality of Ceado grinder is even better than I could hope for - amazing! The Bezzera espresso machine is also very nice! I will order from Coffee Italia again in the future and I will recommend them to my friends also.
I found Coffeeitalia to be a good company to deal with. The website is clear and easy to use. The range of items stocked is comprehensive. Although offering few deeply discounted items, I felt that the Gaggia Classic that I bought was excellent value for money. Despatch and delivery times were fine.
Caffeitalia has great price and is in business for years. So, why not. I ordered a just-launched Ceado grinder bound for Japan where the maker doesn't have a distributor. It took approximately 3 weeks to get the grinder, including 1 week trans-shipment, thinking of that it's new to market, it is quite good lead time. And I was glad to find it was shipped from Italy, not from UK, because it is always the best to ship directly from where it is produced. The grinder arrived in double boxed, so that the make's box was still in good shape. Of course the grinder was perfect condition. You may proactively ask for the status of your order as their system is always showing "Processing". But they responded pretty quickly. They are not AMAZON, but they has the great price!

I ordered april 24, and I didn't received until may 21. Until then, I tried hard for conneting with them about the delay. But they didn't answer me immidiately that is not same with that said at thin Trustpilot. About month later, I mailed them I want to cancel. After weeks they answer that machine I ordered is dropped out and supposed some machine for similliar price. But then I didn't want traid with them. So I continualy requested to cancel though they still recommend the other for more cheap price. After 2~3 mailed, they didn't reply for my request again. I called Card and start arguing. Only after that I can received my money not at all. I takes about 2 weeks after I request cancel, and now I still wating for laking money back though It is june. They makes money with arguing customer, not from machine. If you planned to buy machine don't believe them that machine is stocked, and know this they would not pay back until you use the lawyer, or acting with the card company. Don't be a fool by buying Item from them they are sucks.
