Finger weg von dieser Firma! Ich muss mich leider den schlechten Rezessionen auch anschließen. Habe eine La Pavoni um sage und schreibe € 1.000,-- bestellt, die defekt ankam. Es folgte ein nicht enden wollender E-Mail Verkehr, in dem mir 3 Mal geraten wurde, die Maschine selber zu reparieren (womit die Garantie auf der Stelle erloschen wäre). Nach vielen beharrlichen Mails sowie der Drohung mit anwaltliche Schritten bzw. mit Rücktritt vom Kaufvertrag und dezitierter Berufung auf die 2 jährige Garantie wurde die Maschine abgeholt und angeblich im Werk repariert. Zurückbekommen habe ich sie zerkratzt und mit Dellen. Auf eine neuerliche Mail bekam ich die lapidare Rückmeldung, dass die Maschine nicht zerkratzt war als sie das Werk verlassen hat. Ich habe nun eine Maschine um sündteures Geld, mit einem häßlichen optischen Defekt. Auf eine nochmalige Mail, in der ich um eine Kulanzlösung ersucht habe, habe ich nicht mal eine Antwort erhalten. Alles in Allem nur ärgerlich, unprofessionell und in keinster Weise kundenorientiert! Deshalb meine ausdrückliche Warnung: Finger weg!!! Don´t buy there!!! I ordered a La Pavoni for € 1.000,-- When I got it, it was defect, the steam came out of the manometer, it was completely untight. Contacted the company for several times, same answer: I should repair it by myself!!! After long time and a lot of e-mails, where I remembered about 2 years guarantee, they told me to pick up the machine and bring it to service center. I´ve got it back 4 weeks after, then the machine was scratched and impressed. I told it immediately, last answer from them was, that machine was ok. when leaved the factory. Now I have a new machine with a heavy optical damage. No agreement by goodwill possible, I´ve got no answer any more. Very unfriendly, very bad customer service - don´t buy there when you don´t want a lot of anger!!!

05/02/20. Update. I have to share this as it might just be the singular worst example of customer service I have ever come across. Its so bad its almost funny. Last response from Matteo at Caffe Italia. Sums up Caffe Italia really well: On Sat, Feb 1, 2020, at 3:38 PM, Info Caffè Italian United Kingdom wrote: You had minor damaged we offer you a partial refund of 40 £ which is already too much for the small cosmetic defect you have on your product. Regards MATTEO Ordered a Rancilio Silva from Caffe Italia. The item I received is clearly a 'second' from the factory. Boxed perfectly, machine is new BUT top left side is bent in. NO marks to powder coat to suggest item dropped. Packaging is unmarked externally and machine was in fact packed within three boxes, all of which are unmarked. Absolutely no chance this item was dropped during transit as it would need to have been a sharp object piercing the three boxes(!) to create this bend. And of course it would also have done this by miraculously not damaging the powder coat(!). Explained this by mail to a Matteo who suggested I raise a dispute with the couriers. I requested an immediate refund as I have received faulty goods. Caffe Italia have now of course disappeared and refuse to acknowledge my emails. Dispute now with Visa and contrary to other reviews, you are protected under the faulty goods &/or refund schemes. I have never had to resort to actions such as this and cannot emphasise how disappointed I am in Caffe Italia for frankly shameful behaviour. Experiences like this emphasise why we should all think long and hard about the demise of the high street. Far too easy for a 'business' such as Caffe Italia or others online to treat customers with ever eroding consumer service/rights/protections. Sure Caffe Italia may respond with some vehement defence but please take the time to read there previous 'responses' to see 'its never there fault'. For the sake of a few £'s, Euros or $, my simple advice would be, it would be money well spent elsewhere.

I ordered a Rancilio Silvia V5 at the end of November. This arrived from Italy about a week later, complete with conversion plug. I now understand that this was, in fact, the V6 (the newest version), although I'm afraid that I am unaware of the difference between the V5 and V6. Having said a fond farewell to my original Gaggia Classic which had just got beyond economical repair, I can confirm that the Silvia is a worthy replacement and produces a superior brew. It took a few weeks to get the machine run in, but it now consistently produces a good crema, even on the first pull. The milk steamer is amazing, and the steamed milk follows the coffee down the cup, with a wonderful texture. I imagine that this machine will get even better over time; I am very pleased with my purchase.

I wanted to buy a high quality coffee grinder and espresso maker for a long time. Caffee Italia had a perfect offer (have a look yourself at the “SET” offers on their web for some awesome combinations of grinder+espresso machine at the best prices, and you’ll see why I’ve chosen them) Best part of all was that they sent me an updated, newer, version of the machine i bought ... at the same price. Bravo Caffee Italia and thanks a lot!

We have Nemox Pro 12K in our gelato-laboratorio and it works very well. That means that you can make really, really delicious ice cream with it.

Do not purchase from this company. My coffee machine which was ordered in November eventually arrived substantially damaged and they tried to offer small monetary compensation - to accept it as is. They eventually agreed to replace the machine which was shipped back three weeks ago and they have still not sent a replacement machine and it is now January. Their arrogant responses via both email and telephone are also noted by other customers experiencing very poor customer service, and I am still awaiting the replacement machine to be shipped. If this is what their sales support is like you can only imagine what it will be like when you need to have your machine repaired or serviced.

Nach der Einsendung der defekten Espressomaschine, kam sie leider mit einem anderen defekt zurück. Der erste Defekt wurde repariert, aber bei der Montage wurden einfach 2 Schrauben vergessen und die Maschine ist jetzt leider ein Wackelkandidat. Sehr schade und irgendwie ärgerlich. Soll ich sie jetzt wieder für 35€ nach Italien zurücksenden, oder hier für 80€ montieren lassen? Ich habe sie jetzt ein Dreiviertel Jahr und noch nicht benutzen können.

Rating from Taiwan, It is a good and cheap machine.Not only it can brew espresso well , but also its powerful steam can steam milk quickly.And It is made with high quality of stainless materials, fantastic and shiny like a mirror.Moreover , it is very convenient to use in the kitchen because of its small volume. It is really a nice machine for coffee lover to treasure !

Purchased La Pavoni Europiccola Coffee Machine and Rancilio Rocky Grinder I ordered from the Cafe Italia website because it was the best price I could find. I read the online reviews after I placed the order and I was concerned about the negative feedback but needn’t have worried. I called the UK number and was much happier once I had spoken to Marco. Marco explained that the machines would be shipped from Italy and supplied with UK plug adaptors. My delivery was shipped by FedEx I received notification with a tracking number and the machines arrived in 7 days exactly as Marco said they would. Unfortunately I have had a couple of issues but Marco and Matteo have been excellent. They responded quickly and both were polite and very helpful. In fact, I now have a good rapport with Marco and he included a bag of coffee beans and a beautiful wood tamper free of charge. The bean hopper on the grinder was broken in transit and Marco arranged a replacement which was delivered quickly and was easy to fit. I had an issue with the coffee machine not reaching temperature and it let off steam constantly. Matteo told me how to resolve the issue, it was simply caused by manufacturing dust in the pressure release valve. In fact I sent an email at 9.45pm and received a response from Matteo 10 minutes later explaining what the problem was and how to resolve it. That’s pretty good service in my opinion. I’m not sure these guys ever stop working, I’ve had responses during the day and late into the evening! Marco has always answered my calls or called me back very quickly. The UK address on their website is actually for A E Stanton, a service centre that they use. This is confusing, the website could be a little clearer. Personally I had no issue with this or the plug adaptors. I can easily fit a UK plug to the machines should I feel the need. In summary, a big thank you to Marco and Matteo, they have been friendly and resolved my issues quickly. The machines were a great price and the free coffee and tamper were an additional bonus.

I am happy with my new Rancilio Silvia from Caffe Italia, which offered the best price I found. The machine was shipped quickly from Italy (not UK), so took about a week to arrive and had an EU plug and an adaptor for use in the UK. The service was responsive when I had a question or needed help. Thank you very much.

This is the second time using Caffe Italia UK and again were super pleased. Last year we purchased a Rancilio grinder which we really expect to arrive before Christmas (due to lateness of ordering) but arrived on Christmas Eve. This year we ordered a Rancilio Silvia coffee machine which arrived direct from Italy within a week. Each time the carrier has been FedEx and it has been very easy to track the parcel. Even more amazed to find that the 2020 version of the machine was sent when we had ordered the cheaper 2019 edition. My husband is over the moon with his professional tamper. The machine is very solidly built and a lot quieter than our previous machine. It has taken a little while for my husband to get the coffee grind right having used Gaggias for last twenty years but everything has now fallen into place and the coffee is fabulous. We have had very little email communication with both orders but what interaction we have had with Caffè Italia has been pleasant and prompt and very professional and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I decided to buy a very expensive Italian coffee machine and saved about £30 by buying it through Caffe' Italia. When the machine arrived, it had a few issues that required me to call their customer support. The same person always answered the phone. He was very brusk, seemed very stressed, unkind, unhelpful. In the end, I had to call another firm and my issues were resolved immediately. I will never buy anything again from Caffe' Italia, no matter if it's cheaper. They say they have an "optimal" customer service. I am afraid, this is not optimal at all. To the guy who answered the phone, I can only say to reflect on this: Three things in human life are important: the first is to be kind, the second is to be kind and the third is to be kind. P.S. I am not a competitor and I kept all the messages that prove what I am saying.

Caffe' Italia UK is the worst firm I had to deal with in 30 years. Incompetent, unprofessional, rude. I wonder how these guys can be authorised dealers for prestigious and respectable firms. Actually, I wonder how these guys can still be in business at all! Absolutely to be avoided, like the plague.

If I could give zero stars I would. Unprofessional and incompetent. Extremely rude. Bought an expensive coffee machine and had problems from day 1. They will not speak to you on the phone, they tell you to email then hang up. They do not respond to emails. It doesn’t matter how polite you are they don’t care. Do not use this company, they are terrible. This is a genuine review, I have an invoice to prove it.
