Honestly I was a bit sceptic first, but it turned out so well. Ordered the items on Monday, received by Friday, straight from Italy with DHL. Ordered it for my company in Holland, with Coffeeitalia you can do an intracommunautair transaction, worked great, I'm very happy with it.
Good price, excellent service with quick delivery. Packaged well, arrived in perfect condition with boxes and all seals intact.
I bought these coffee beans for my husband. He first tried them when he bought a Pavone coffee machine, as he received some Caffe Italia beans free. He thinks they have a far superior taste to any he can buy in the UK. Ordering was easy and delivery rapid. I will certainly order from you again.
This company has shocking customer service. Our machine didn't turn up when they said it would and when we chased, Matteo was unbelievably rude. I cannot believe after reading other reviews this man is still in a job! I would personally avoid this company at all costs. UPDATE: wow, amazing response from the seller! Never even spoke to them on the phone (if i had, they'd know I’m a girl not a ‘him’), it was all done by email. I never said it didn’t turn up. I am commenting on their shocking customer service.
Caffè Italia provided the exact service any customer would want. Simple, efficient and reliable. I ordered my Rancilio Silvia with very little difficulty and received my machine sooner than I expected. I can’t expect anymore than that!
Very bad service. I didn´t get an invoice. It took me a lot of effort to get it (after almost 2 months). The coffee maker didn´t work properly, so i complained but didn´t get any reaction. Next time I order somewhere else definitely!
Nachdem ich eine Nuova Era Espressomaschine für über 900 Euro bei coffeecult bestellt hatte musste ich aus privaten Gründen am übernächsten Tag meine Bestellung leider stornieren. Auf meine Email an Cafe italia kam nur die Reaktion, ob ich mir das gut überlegt hätte, es wäre doch eine tolle Maschine. Zwei Wochen später stand der Paketbote dann mit der Maschine vor der Tür. Annahme verweigert und keine Reaktion mehr auf meine Emails an diesen Herrn Matteo. Nach einschalten von PayPal konnte ich nach drei Monaten zumindest einen Teilbetrag zurück bekommen. Das Ganze kostete mich 83 Euro und viel Nerven für nichts. Nie wieder kaufe ich was bei solch einer dubiosen Firma!!
I wouldn't recommend this company unless you have no better options. They appear to be a UK company, but seem to actually operate from Italy. They list products as 'In stock' when what that really means is available for them to order from the manufacturer factory. They explicitly say 'Product shipped from the UK' even though it's evidently not. They cheekily offer a 'Prime' delivery option, with no explanation of what it entails; In practice it still ships from Italy and may take weeks to arrive depending on stock availability. They communicate poorly, leaving orders marked as 'Processing' when actually they are stuck waiting for stock, and then even when they have been shipped. They don't reliably send notification emails. If you phone the UK number on the website, the guy who answers the phone is basically a salesman with no knowledge of stock levels or order status. If you ask about the status of an order he tells you curtly to email the website. When the website fails to reply, so you phone again, he gets angry, cuts you off, and puts down the phone. When you call again, he won't even pick up. Basically he thinks his job is to answer questions about products, everything else is just an annoyance. I'm very happy with the products I bought, but I would try hard to avoid having anything to do with this company again. That's a shame since I imagine they believe they're just doing their best. But as long as they pretend to have a UK warehouse with actual UK stock and staff, when actually none of that is true, they will feel the need to constantly misrepresent things to the customer.

ich habe eine siebträgermaschine bestellt, keine bestellbestätigung erhalten. daraufhin die bestellung storniert , wieder keine bestätigung erhalten. telefonisch ist in diesem laden keiner erreichbar, auf emails antwortet auch niemand. das geld ist über die kreditkarte abgebucht, das ist echt der letzte laden. ich behalte mir rechtliche schritte vor und rate jedem ab.
I just ordered a Rancilio Silvia coffee machine from Caffè Italia. Their website is very informative, they have a good range of machines for all uses at good prices. The machine was delivered promptly in secure packaging, unfortunately the coffee beans I had ordered had not been included but this was quickly remedied following an email. I have no hesitations in recommending Caffè Italia, I will be ordering from them again.
Love my La Pavoni ordered from Caffè Italia and it arrived in just a few days. With this unit you can get the right way to make great coffee, it’s adorable, and just makes my morning better. The customer service was amazing and was the impetus to buy from them. Thanks!
Hi, i recently bought a coffee Machine from this company, and i have to say Matteo was very good. He responded to my emails quickly and shared good advice and the thing that blew me away, the machine was delivered in 4 days from Italy to Australia, with updates from DHL the whole way. Finger weg!!! Meine Maschine ist defekt. Ich habe die Reklamation geschickt, bekam aber die Antwort von einem Matteo (one man show), dass obwohl die Maschine in Garantie ist, sie nicht repariert wird. Ich habe mich weiter beschwert und um mich loszuwerden, baten sie an, dass ich die schwere Maschine auf meinen Kosten nach Italien schicke??? Auf der Seite bieten sie aber Reparatur vor Ort oder Abholung. Habe dann mit der Rancilio-Zentralle gesprochen - der Händler ist Ihnen bekannt. Sie raten von ihm ab! Er läuft aber nicht über Deutschland, sondern über Italien und sie können leider nichts machen. Auf gar kein Fall auf dieser Seite bestellen!
Ordered my coffee machine a week ago and it’s here now! Well packaged, sent with Fedex, couldn’t be better! (FedEx Made a mistake with the delivery and the people at Coffee Italia were prompt to help rectify the error and we’re very supportive). Will be prdering from this site again!
Coffee Italia have been prompt, courteous and professional throughout. I had a query about my delivery and they replied within an hour and solved my problem. I would definitely recommend Coffee Italia and would visit them again the next time I need to make a coffee-related purchase.
Habe mir bei Coffee Italia eine Kaffeemaschine gekauft. Die Maschine funktioniert nicht. Habe versucht den Shop zu erreichen. Super unfreundlich, will die Maschine nicht umtauschen. Es gibt noch nicht mal eine Adresse zur Rücksendung. Jetzt sitze ich hier mit einer Gagia, die nicht funktioniert.... Shop ist eine ".de" Adresse. Telefonnummer ist Berlin, der Typ ruft dann als Italiener aus England an.... Sehr unseriös! Finger weg, nicht da kaufen!

My last coffee machine I bought from Cafe Italia was a Gaggia Titanium and it served me very well and in fact still makes excellent coffee!! However after making some 17500 coffees and with Brexit on the horizon I decided to replace this machine ... I have found the service and quality of Cafe Italia to be superb and I must say this New Gaggia Velaska Prestige to be excellent and I have no hesitation with giving them a 10 star and just hope they are still around in 10 years when I will probably be wanting a replacement!!!
