Nov 23,2018Bought a Gaggia Brera from them a year ago and it’s barely worked since. That machine is either useless or I have a dodgy product. However, Coffee Italia’s customer service is essentially nonexistent. There is apparently a warranty, but what you’re not advised is that this is provided by a separate company, in North Yorkshire. And you are responsible for paying delivery there, and delivery back. This is not expressed in the conditions of sale. My coffee machine has been returned twice for the same issue and the defect then reappears almost immediately each time. There is no replacement offered and now I’m being stonewalled by Coffee Italia’s customer service person.

Nov 22,2018Considering the low price point of the product, a Gaggia Brera, the service i received from Matteo at Coffee Italia was very good. Unfortunately, the machine arrived and was defective, through no fault of Coffee Italia. After a few phone calls I used their web based file transfer system to send a video showing the problem. After reviewing they decided it would be best to send the machine back for repair or replacement. They sent the prepaid forms and picked up the package from my designed address at the correct time. Once the machine arrived back it was determined there was a faulty motherboard. A new one was ordered and once installed was shipped out on an express delivery. The machine is now back with us and producing great coffee. The whole repair took just over one week. Although I had to chase a few times for an update, they were always quick at replying with an answer. I would certainly use Coffee Italia again.

Nov 06,2018I turned to Caffè Italia because I found it difficult to differentiate between different versions of the Brera offered by Amazon. Caffè Italia provided clear descriptions of the different models. They beat the Amazon price by a significant amount, even taking into account shipping from Italy. They turned round my order in about 4 days (including a weekend). I’m impressed by the product, impressed by the service, and impressed by the price.

Oct 25,2018Coffeeitalia has an excellent selection of coffee machines available and grinders and other equipment is also available. The range covers all the best brands at very competitive prices and includes deals and special offers if you buy a coffee machine and grinder together for example. I purchased an Expobar Leva dual boiler machine which is excellent, along with a great Rancilio grinder to go with it. Would recommend giving their website a visit.

Oct 18,2018Die bestellte Espressomaschine ist super, allerdings ist der Service eine Katastrophe! Vor der Bestellung fragte ich telefonisch nach dem Liefertermin, da ich kurz darauf langfristig das Land verlassen wollte. Mir wurde mehrfach versichert, dass die Maschine pünktlich geliefert werden würde und schrieb das sogar in das Bestellungsformular. Die Lieferung durch FedEx kam leider doch zu spät an und das Maschine musste nachgeschickt werden! Das alles ist gar nicht das Problem, sondern die Dreistigkeit mit der meine Nummer bei der Hotline (scheint nur eine Ein-Mann-Show von einem Italiener zu sein, der vermutlich nur eine deutsche Adresse angegeben hat.) nach dem ersten Anruf blockiert wurde, auf Emails wurde nur nach Belieber geantwortet und dann, dass das Paket abgelehnt werden müsste, damit es zurück- und dann an die neue Adresse verschickt werden könnte. Nachdem aber mehrfach aufgelegt wurde und die neue Nummer erneut blockiert wurde von Caffe Italia und der Neuversand mehrere Wochen in Anspruch nehmen sollte, entschied ich mich dafür, das Paket auf eigene Kosten nachzusenden. Fazit: Service nicht existent, Ware ist super! Ich hoffe nur, dass es niemals zur Reklamation kommen wird... Ich würde aufgrund meiner Erfahrungen jedem vom Kauf bei Caffe Italia abraten!

Oct 09,2018Hatten zuvor noch nie von Coffeitalia gehört und sind durch Zufall auf diesen Onlineshop gestoßen. Wir haben dann vor 4 Wochen eine neue Espressomaschine Gaggia Brera + Espressobohnen (Aktionspaket) online geordert, das Paket kam nicht mal 1 Woche später: alles top, Maschine funktioniert perfekt, sehr gute Qualität, produziert super Espresso. War gut eingepackt, alles dabei inklusive Garantie und Benutzerhandbuch. Diese Gaggie wurde zudem vor Auslieferung wie beschrieben auch getestet . Ware 1A, sind sehr zufrieden. Kann nix negatives finden...

Nov 28,2018Hi, I placed two orders with Caffee Italia in the last two weeks. The first one, the Rancilio Silivia arrived on time and in perfect conditions. The machine is brilliant. Excellent service. But, I also ordered a Rancilio Silvia grinder. This time I have a bad experience with Fedex. They sent me an email saying that they could not deliver it because I was not at home, which was not true. I called Fedex and they said that they expecte the driver to drop a failure delivery notice through the mail box. I think the driver was lying. Fedex has re-scheduled the delivery for tomorrow. But I have not received the package yet and judging by the Fedex reviews, I think it is a risk to use that company and it would put me off from ordering anything else again. =================== Marco, replied to me immediately with the following comments: Regarding you courier preferences, we noted your comments so next time we will ship you the goods with Dhl or UPS.
