May 27,2018Having had the Jura Z6 for just a week I am extremely satisfied with the performance of the machine. I have had to buy quite a lot more milk due to the ease of making Flat white, Macchiato’s, and Cappuccino’s, the ease of cleaning is also a plus as with the other Jura machines. I bought a Jura ENA5 some ten years ago from Caffe Italia and have had trouble free operation, I decided to upgrade to the Z6 and found the keenest price was again on Caffe Italia, I asked wether it was the latest model and was assured that it was and so it turned out to be. From placing the order to delivery took four days a day quicker than FedEx said. Once again I found my purchase with Caffe Italia to be trouble free and I would recommend them without reservation. May 10,2018Nach einem Jahr Gebrauch wurde meine Kaffeemühle defekt. Auf eine erste Anfrage über das Kontaktformular wurde nicht reagiert. Eine Anfrage per Telefon wurde binnen 10 Sekunden abgewimmelt mit der Aufforderung, ich solle eine Email schreiben. Ich habe den Schaden sehr ausführlich beschrieben und Fotos geschickt. Auf diese Email kam nun die Antwort, dass ich die Mühle selber auseinanderbauen und reinigen sollte, und das Problem damit behoben sei. Allerdings, und das ist auch auf den Bildern klar ersichtlich, liegt ein Materialbruch am Dosator vor, aus dem der Kaffee in das Gehäuseinnere fließt. Nachdem ich die schlechten Bewertungen hier gelesen habe bin ich gespannt, wie das enden wird. Stand 5. Juni: Nach langem hin und her möchte mir der Verkäufer ein Ersatzteil zuzusenden, ohne mir mitzuteilen, wer die Reparatur durchführen soll. Habe nochmal nachgehakt und warte weiter. Update 25.6.19: Nach langen Verhandlungen, wer denn das Ersatzteil einbauen soll, habe ich damals schließlich entnervt aufgegeben und mir es schicken lassen und selber eingebaut. Im Rahmen der noch gültigen Garantie hätte mir jedoch die Reparatur durch einen fachkundigen Kundendienst zugestanden, die wurde mir eindeutig verweigert und daher ziehe ich meine negative Bewertung auch nicht zurück. Den E-Mail-Verlauf habe ich aufgehoben. Anmerkung zur Antwort des Verkäufers: Siehe "Update 25.6.19". Im Rahmen der gültigen Garantie (defekt innerhalb der ersten 6 Monate nach Kaufdatum) hätte mir die Reparatur durch einen fachkundigen Kundendienst bzw. ein neues Gerät zugestanden, dies wurde mir eindeutig verweigert und daher ziehe ich meine negative Bewertung nicht zurück.

Apr 20,2018I cannot fault your service. Lowest price on the web, and my new Gaggia Classic 2015 coffee machine order was delivered direct from Italy in 3 days, during which time it was fully trackable. I would not hesitate to use again or recommend to others. Keep up the good work!

Apr 17,2018This was the absolute worst company I've ever dealt with. Horrendous. Sent me a $2,000 coffee machine that was unusable due to the damage on the side panel. Owner accepted absolutely no responsibility and blamed it on the fact that you must open the box within 24 hours to claim any damage. Absurd! This was a wedding gift and was extremely disappointing to note that they would even ship a machine in this condition. Do not purchase from this site - you'll regret it.

Im Nachhinein muss ich aber sagen, dass alles hervorragend geklappt hat: - Top Preis - gute Kommunikation (wenngleich auf englisch) - schnelle Lieferung - original Gerät, fehlerfrei, original verpackt Unterm Strich gibt es für mich keinen Grund etwas zu beanstanden. 👍

Once purchased the tracking information provided was excellent, with regular updates via email and text message. The best bit of all is that I love the Jura Z6 that I purchased! Thanks Caffe Italia!

Apr 02,2018I bought the Gran Style to replace my original Gaggia Cubika Plus (dimensions very similar) because I'd already made a stand to elevate the machine and make it more user friendly. The stand also houses milk jugs and espresso cups and makes it a decorative feature of the kitchen. I enjoy the simple manual aspect of the machine which delivers my coffee (usually flat whites or espressos) to perfection. Delivery was a little slower than predicted, but the packaging was very good.

Mar 26,2018I bought a Saeco Aulika Office for our kitchen at work. I needed something with more staying power than the previous bean to cup machines i had bought which were really for personal use. Its a thing of beauty - Its much bigger than a personal use machine but you can see that it is built to last. The hopper holds 1kg of beans so no need to keep refilling, and both the water tank and spent coffee grounds drawer are huge. I've had no complaints from the staff at all on the coffee itself or any issues with using the machine. Very pleased with the machine and the service from Caffè Italia

Mar 11,2018WARNING! This company is run by a crook that will refuse to refund your money even if you cancel an order before they even ship it. I have been waiting for weeks for my refund and now I have to go to the police to report this fraudulent company and it's shady staff. Good thing I have saved all the e-mails as proof! I wish I had heeded the warnings from earlier reviewers but I thought I would save by buying from this company but little did I know the prices are nothing more than bait. Sure, you might get lucky and they send you a grey market product, but you are totally on your own if something goes wrong or you decide to cancel/return. You have been warned!

Jun 05,2018Thanks for the coffee machine - it’s exactly what i needed. Now learning how to make the perfect coffee:) The website was easy to use but I did have an issue with using my Mastercard. Apparently your company needs to provide the bank with additional information to avoid a flag being raised and the transaction blocked. Customer service was good with quick response time and very tentative. I get the impression that the company is either a start up or relatively small - this is important because your managing people’s expectations. By this I mean your either a large firm with automated processes and functionality OR your smaller more bespoke start up with a different feel. If I understand this from your website then my expectations of have custom with you are aligned. Enjoy your morning coffee. Richard
