Feb 06,2018Worst service ever! DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE! I ordered an Izzo Alex PID i may 2017 and received it shortly after. The buying experience was very satisfying. However the machine was malfunctioning (produced very wet steam and hence unable to make milk foam), the service soon became frustrating. They wouldn't answer phone calls, but asked me to send mails, which they in the end didn't respond to. Firstly they tried to convince me, that there was no problem at all. Secondly they asked me to take photos and videos to show the problem, but they didn't offer any solution. Finally when I kept writing they eventually just didn't answer. Since the machine cost me £1200,- I tried to start all over again from another email address. They started replying again and I finally after 5 months (!!!) I was 'allowed' to send the machine to Italy for service, having to pay the shipment myself (£70,-). Now, 4 months later. I finally got an email with the information, that my machine has been refurbished. And that I will have to pay €180,- for the repair. I haven't received any documentation, but they write that some of the parts are not included in the warranty. I can't say how disappointed I am with this. I would never buy anything from this site again, and I don't think anyone else should either... I my experience they do all in their power not to provide any service - so if anything goes wrong, you will be left with no help. Hope this is helpful Regards Niels Baden, Denmark

Feb 02,2018Courteous and helpful staff when I phoned with a problem using my credit card to buy online. The Rancilio Silvia was despatched promptly and arrived exactly as the tracking said. `My only slight problem is that the instructions for use assume that everyone using a domestic machine knows what all the parts are for and there were very sparse instructions, translated from Italian. There are various you tube video clips featuring the Rancilio Silvia but it would have been good to have some more descriptive printed material with the machine. It makes very good coffee!

Matteo proved very helpful with a problem I had with my La Spaziale espresso machine, and with a few precise emails his instructions allowed me to fix the problem quickly. Customer service is critically important to me, and for this reason I would highly recommend Coffeeitalia to anyone. Matteo is a true professional and will make sure you have the best coffee experience with your equipment.

Jan 27,2018On delivery the water tank was broken after sending photos of the broken tank satisfiedit took two weeks for the replacement to arrive. Having had a KitchenAid previously I was pleased to see how well the Giggia performs. It heats up quickly and has a handy auto switch off. The steamer works very well but I feel it could do with having a slightly larger radius to swing away from the machine. I am very happy with my purchase and feel it is well worth the price.

Jan 22,2018Purchased a refurbished Rancilio coffee grinder which arrived with a damaged spout ,and the tray and wire support missing . I contacted Marco who arranged for the parts to be sent . All the parts arrived as promised and are now fitted .. customer service has been very good . I would order from them again . Brian

Dec 28,2017I ordered a gaggia coffee machine as a Christmas gift at the beginning of December. I did not receive the machine until after Christmas and it arrived damaged. It was quite difficult to get a fast response to my enquiries. I did not get a response over Facebook. When I rang I was told to send an email. My emails were responded to eventually. The person who replied was not very helpful and at times rather rude. It is not the experience I was expecting and was very disappointed. Updated June 2019 - Coffeeitalia’s response to my review is insulting! Another example of how poor the customer service is!! Avoid this company!

Dec 27,2017Finger weg von Caffe Italia alias Coffeeitalia alias Coffeecult! Ich habe 2017 eine Rancilio Silvia gekauft. Als sie ankam, bemerkte ich die billige Anmutung. Die Schonaufkleber waren nicht werksseitig aufgebracht, die Schweißnähte unsauber gefertigt. Nach meiner persönlichen Einschätzung würde ich nicht lange Freude an der Maschine haben. Also habe ich mich nach der Abwicklung des Widerruf-Verfahrens per Mail erkundigt und bekam ohne weitere Kommunikation oder Nachfragen/Erläuterungen den Ausschnitt der AGBs mit der Adresse geschickt. Ich widerrief fristgerecht und sandte die Maschine zurück. Den Eingang des Gerätes bestätigte mir nur die Versandfirma, nicht Coffecult. Telefonisch waren sie unter ihrer Nummer (+49 03712391597) nie erreichbar. Sie geben als Standort Frankfurt an, die Vorwahl wäre jedoch Chemnitz. Auf Einschaltung von Paypal und Polizei reagierte die Firma bisher lediglich mit: "..mein Chef wird in Kürze eine Erstattung beantragen." Das war vor sechs Wochen. Seitdem geschah nichts mehr. Keine Ahnung, wie die Preise zustande kommen. Keine Ahnung, woher die Ware ist. Oben beschriebenes und offensichtlich von zahlreichen anderen erfahrenes Verhalten zeigt, dass die Firma nicht solide ist. Deswegen die Warnung - Finger weg von Caffe Italia alias Coffeeitalia alias Coffeecult! Die positiven Kommentare in diesem Forum wurden ja schon hervorragend durch echte Kunden entlarvt!

Their service was reliable and extremely efficient even during such a busy time as Christmas deliveries! We bought our new espresso machine and grinder and we received it within 2 days ! Amazing

Dec 01,2017This must be the best company to buy your expresso machines and related equipment from. They really care about what they sell and make modifications to improve machines before selling them. The Gaggia Classic is a good example. Their pricing is the best I have found on the web and after sales help is great. I recently asked a technical question and got an answer within an hour from Marco. Look at their web site and think carefully before you go anwhere else.

Nov 22,2017Ich habe vor 6 Wochen bei Coffeeitalia/coffecult srl eine Rancilio Silvia bestellt, die auch geliefert wurde. Da sie mir nicht gefiel, habe ich sie innerhalb einer Woche zurückgeschickt und die Widerrufserklärung nochmals gesondert per email geschickt. Hermes hat die Übergabe der Sendung vor 4 Wochen bestätigt. Seitdem warte ich auf die Rückerstattung, Coffeeitalia reagiert nicht auf emails. Für mich sieht das nach Betrug aus, ich werde jetzt einen Anwalt einschalten.

Nov 22,2017Do not buy from this company. They are extremely rude and have poor customer service. They are also not based in the UK, so you will have a tough time returning or repairing any item provided you can even get hold of them in the first place.
