Please read my pervious post on 8 May 2017. Today is 22 May 2017, since the product is already broken when unboxing, so I should have right to replace a new one or refund full amount of money. But eventually they refused all of those requests. Due to I have no bargaining power to force them to replace or refund after they received money, so I give up to refund or replace and suggested to send me parts to repair by myself. You know what? They even don't send me parts because of I wrote bad comments on this website about them. They said that they not allow customer to write them any bad comment in public otherwise your warranty will be destoryed and they will refuse all support on the products. They ask me to remove all bad comment to trade thier parts for repair. What the heck, I am totally not agree this because I am telling the truth about them. As it is a bit difficult to find parts in Hong Kong so I agreeed removing these comment when I received new parts. But they also refused this suggestion, they insist me to 100% follow their orders and instructions for receiving their service which I have paid already. You couldn't give bad comment even though they give you a broken product. It is a real story. And again, I highly recommend you don't buy anything from this company. Yes, their price is competitive but it is totally not worth to try. I finally send the machine to local shop for repair. The amount of repair cost is USD 85. Several parts are replaced about USD 45 plus USD 40 for repairing fees. I don't know if the Law of Italy is totally protecting their shops, customer has no right after the payment is made! In the future, I wouldn't buy anything from Italy on Internet. I keep the video of broken La Pavoni of unboxing and all emails they sent to me. I would make a video and upload to Youtube later. Hope everyone can be careful of this bad company. Update***2019-06-26 2 years later, today they suddenly reply this complaint and saying I am a unreasonable customer. What the stupid business man out there? When you can send me the broken parts to me without any condition?
I purchased a La Pavoni Professional espresso machine and a bottomless portafilter for it. On both occasions, service was exceptional, quick and professional. As a happy customer, I am happy to recommend this company.
I bought a Rancilio from Caffè Italia and the machine failed two months later, i had to cover the costs of shipping the machine to the repairer only to be told that the costs for repairs would not be covered due to miss use of the machine, this allegedly is the approach they use on all wty claims, Caffè Italia are not a UK company, you will get a cheaper machine from the outset but for me I only had this machine for two months and the repair costs are as much as the machine.
I recently bought a Gaggia Classic from Caffe Italia website I couldn't be more happy with them. Amazing service and shipping as well as great prices and options.

Ordered a Rancilio Silvia and a Rancilio Rocky Grinder. Delighted with both. Best combination for less than $1000. Weighed 23 k and came from Coffeeitalia in Italy to the UK. Sadly, a small crack in the plastic bean hopper. The perils of shipping. Coffeeitalia agreed, immediately, to send a replacement. Lovely equipment and a good company.
Kaffeemaschine kam mit Defekt an. Zunächst wurde empfohlen, selbst zu reparieren, dann später noch 50 € geboten. Nach Bestehen auf Austausch dauerte es drei Wochen und viele Anrufe und Mails bis eine neue Maschine geliefert wurde - stop: nicht neu, sondern die alte repariert... Nie wieder dieser Saftladen.
Purchased coffee machine for just above £1000 - machine arrived quite quickly - from Italy, and that is where the problems started: Machine have a leaking hot water valve so I tried to contact they customer service but they don't have branch in the UK so it is no chance to deal with anyone directly. Contact details on their website is a virtual office. I have sent an email with fault description and a photo of leaking valve. For a few days I had no response from them - so I contacted credit card company I paid for the machine with. Same day I got email from their customer service asking for proof, that machine is faulty! I have sent a video and another description and as a replay I got an email advising to 'focus on right grind size' as everything is fine and it is no problem with the machine:). I had to contact company servicing commercial coffee machines and they wrote me fault report for my credit card company - I'm still dealing with that case but don't believe in two years warranty they offer on their website! You will be left on your own! Their customer service is rude and useless.

Meine Erfahrungen: Habe im März 2016 eine Rancilio Silvia V5 bei "coffeeitalia.de" erstanden. Schnelle Lieferung ... Maschine Top. Ein knappes Jahr später: -Erster Rost samt Lackabplatzungen am Basiskörper der Maschine (Ich muss dazu erwähnen, dass ich regelmäßig mit den geeigneten Mittelchen reinige und in meiner Maschine kein Wasserlachen oder sonstiges vorzufinden sind) Ich habe den Mangel beim Verkäufer gemeldet und wurde (auf Englisch) innerhalb von 30 Sekunden am Telefon abgefertigt. Der Verkäufer hat ohne auch nur annähernd genau zu wissen worum es geht, mitgeteilt, dass ich selber für den Mangel verantwortlich sei! Trotz allem habe ich schriftlich den Mangel geltend gemacht, aber bis dato kein Feedback erhalten ... Mein Fazit: Nie mehr bei "coffeeitalia.de" kaufen oder bestellen, da es sich hier nur um eine Verkaufsplattform handelt und jegliche Unterstützung bei Mangel oder Defekt in leere läuft. Dann doch lieber beim vermeindlich teureren Händler des vertrauens um die Ecke kaufen!

I bought a Gaggia Classic from this company in 2016. The machine was supplied on time, so they get marks for that. But they seem to be based in Italy, rather than the UK, as was implied by the .co.uk version of their website address, which also shows a registered postal address in the UK. The item was dispatched from Italy and this would be a concern if it came to the cost of returns (in the event of any fault). The item was okay, but I had a problem with an accessory - something that turned into quite a protracted debate via email to get returned. They eventually accepted the return, but replies and agreement took a long time and a surprising number of messages. I would also have to swallow the cost of international delivery myself, even though I bought from what purported to be a UK site. They then wanted some chasing to actually process the refund after the item had been received back. I also felt they gave me some incorrect information about the coffee machine and did not seem as knowledgeable as I'd have hoped in response to a technical question. So no horror stories, the item was delivered in good condition, but I wasn't impressed at the customer service and I wouldn't use them again.
Ordered what was supposed to be a NEW LA PAVONI + Rancilio grinder, for top dollar. Got two USED items in terrible condition, both aesthetically and mechanically. Deep scratches... one part fell apart straight out of the box... another jammed... absolutely useless! It's as though this equipment has been sitting on display in a lion cage. Contacted seller and got a response akin to "not our problem, get lost". Caveat emptor.
Ordered a La Pavoni Europiccola lever machine on Sunday 15th January from CoffeeItalia. I tracked it across Europe from the factory outside Milan and it arrived well packed early on the morning of Thursday 19th a day earlier than expected. It was very well packed and is working perfectly. It is a strikingly beautiful machine that I had been lusting after for about a year and CoffeeItalia had emailed me an offer I couldn't refuse at £100 cheaper than I could find it anywhere else. I did briefly make contact with CoffeeItalia to request an invoice which they sent immediately. I would definitely recommend them.
I have 2 issues with this company 1) I bought a machine thinking that it is in stock. It arrived 3 weeks later and it arrived with a EU plug. 2) After a few months, during warranty, a plastic bit on the machine (the milk steaming knob) started to bend and hence became loose. Coffee Italia Asked me to pay for a replacement part. It also took them more than a month to come up with this, saying that this is due to the vendor being on a long holiday (supposedly from just before Christmas until 20th of January)
Great pre-sale service from Marco, advising between various machines that I was considering, finally settled on the Elektra Miniverticale. Machine arrived from Italy to UK off-shore islands (which usually adds an additional couple of days to a regular UK delivery), it took 2 weeks in total, however Christmas and New Year were in those weeks too. The machine is stunning, and works superbly, I would recommend to anyone, a genuine piece of art, and a real talking point. The grinder is very good and would probably be a nice looking piece of equipment in its own right were it not in the shadow of the Miniverticale. Don't forget to order the matching espresso cups for the Miniverticale, the ones in the picture are not included. Thank you for your help Marco! UPDATE: Feb 2017 (1 month update) So the Miniverticale comes with a portafilter (as you would expect), but also has both a single and double basket which you can swap in and out as needed, its held firmly in place by the usual spring system. After about a month of swapping between the two baskets sometimes as often as once a day, I decided that the best idea is to get a second portafilter. I emailed Marco, he asked me to supply the machine serial number, and then created a custom order item for me on the website. A week later I have a _perfectly_ matching second portafilter, and no more basket swaps. I am a very happy customer!
I am a coffee enthuiast who was reccomended this vivaldi mini is the best home machine money can buy - the guys at coffee italia were brilliant at helping me set. We exchanged multiple emails to fine tune my set up, and I am now making perfect coffees. Cheers guys -
Realice me compra desde Colombia, al principio estaba muy asustado pues la idea realizar un envío de dinero a una ciudad tan lejana me causaba temor, pero todo salio bien la atención de Matteo fue excelente. la mercancía fue enviada y llego al país mucho antes de lo esperado, las máquinas llegaron en perfectas condiciones y su funcionamiento es el adecuado. Sin ninguna duda seguiré haciendo compras a coffe Italia y lo recomendaré siempre.

May 23,2017I ordered a coffee machine they charged me for 5 coffee machines due to a fault on their website. They then refunded me most the amount but got this wrong and I am still trying to recover the difference. This could have been handled so much better by them and I would not recommend them at all based on the experience I have had. The saga continues.
