Although all communications had to be via email, they had very quick response times and dealt with the matter swiftly. They replaced and shipped the necessary parts straight away and my machine was up and running again just a few days later. In a time where great customer service is hard to come by, their efforts were grately appreatiated!

I bought a coffee machine with grinder and few other things .. After several delays we got the delivery and it came all in wrong finish .. No problem there after several phone calls without apologies ( don't expect that's with this guys ) they hang up a phone on me and never picked up again unless I called from other numbers .. new machine arrived yet never worked .. This is where nightmare begins .. Many calls , voice mails and left messages .. This guys never picked up or return the call only communication is rude emails .. They didn't want to replace or refund .. They asked me and I had to do it to open the machine and press some magics button to reset it .. Apparently will work right away .. Still didn't so they start blame me we broke it as we didn't fill it with water in first place .. Luckily we have cctv cameras everywhere .. so I have proof machine was full with water .. Then they asked me to send it to repair and send it as well as pay shipping promising to refund the shipping .. Now they refusing event to pay for shipping .. So we end up paying for brand new machine , month later with insane headache we are without machine , and you even have to pay for shipping for service as you can only dream that they would come down to fix it .. Do avoid this company for all cost its worst customer service I ever experience in my life !! In case here is my order number so they don't get excuse ! Order ID: 42791

Avoid that company! They sent me broken grinder (Rancilio Rocky Doser) and asked me to pay for the replacement parts that were broken. I sent it back to get refund and after 3 weeks when the grinder was delivered to them (bare in mind that you need to send it to Italy at your own cost!) they still havent paid me back. Whats more they even stopped replying to emails... That was my worst customer service experience ever!

They have a wonderful range of products, with lots of information on each item. I ordered a Rancilio Silvia Espresso machine, Rocky grinder and base. Ordering was simple, delivery was excellent and on time, with all items arriving in perfect condition. I had a small issue with the machine after 8 weeks, sent an email and received a prompt reply on a Saturday. Within 24hours I had received instructions from the technicians on how to resolve the issue, and was back making delicious espresso for the family. I have had a very good experience dealing with the team at Coffee Italia, have found them to be absolutely professional and I thoroughly recommend them. Shane Denmark

I purchased two fully automatic slicers and had them shipped to the USA. The staff was amazing to deal with and he worked with me to get an amazing price on the machines as well as helping me with the shipping. The slicers were delivered in the promised time frame and we are extremely happy with the machines and looking forward to buying more soon. I was very nervous because the machines were large, but everything was perfect. I will do business again with them and look forward to working with Them. Thank you.

I recently ordered a Nuova Simonelli Oscar ll espresso machine from Coffeeitalia. It was a company purchase so VAT information was important. The guys at Coffeeitalia couldn't have been more helpful. Excellent communication and our machine arrived in a speedy fashon and exceptionally packaged! We are now a small business enjoying fabulous coffee off this brilliantly engineered machine. Very happy indeed!

I am an overseas cafe owner in the Middle East and have bought 3 grinders through the web site. All grinders came in a good condition and on time. There is a bit of delay in logistics but over all am pleased with the service.

I bought coffee machine from Coffeeitalia as an international buyer. The process was very smooth, I got informed about every step of processing of my order. I was buying as an VAT payer (VAT was not applied from the seller) and setting the order with this was easy too. Shipping - no reserve, in 4 days I had my coffee machine in my hands!

Ordered on Sunday, arrived on Friday (within 5 days as promised). The only glich in the process was that I didn't recieve a tracking email for this order, but when I emailed the company I received a very prompt reply with the tracking number included. I emailed back to say it had arrived and recieved another speedy reply that clearly came from an individual rather than an automatically generated response. It's reassuring to know that you can actually write (or phone) and not be frustrated by inadequate responses to your queries. The coffee machine is excellent by the way, came double boxed and was left with my 'trusted neighbour'.

Placed an order with Coffeeitalia for Gaggia Classic II coffee machine with bottomless filter. The machine arrived within the scheduled time period and was well packaged. However, the bottomless portafilter was incorrectly supplied. My first thought was that the company would not bother to do anything about the problem. But I was pleasantly surprised after contacting them, to be assured that I would receive the correct portafilter in due course. True to their word the correct portafilter arrived a week later. The fact that they sorted out the problem and did not ignore it, gives me confidence in their commitment to quality service. The Gaggia Classic works very well indeed. I am happy to commend the company and would buy from them again.

My original review was rejected by TrustPilot so I am writing a nicer one. You will have to use your imagination to determine how I was actually treated by this company. I received defective merchandise (a high-end coffee grinder) and was not allowed to exchange it even though I was within the European and U.K. window for free exchanges under the Consumer Rights Act. My advice is to purchase from elsewhere, where you may pay a little more but will have the right of free return for any reason for up to 60 days and a full manufacturer warranty! It is YOUR RIGHT UNDER LAW to DEMAND a REFUND within 30 days under UK and EU law. Within 6 MONTHS you are entitled to a repair or exchange FREE OF CHARGE including free shipping. Even up to two years, you have protection under UK and EU law. Coffee Italia would not accept a return or exchange, however. Be aware that you can also file for a CHARGEBACK with your bank if you used a credit or debit card. You can file to protect your consumer rights under the UK CONSUMER RIGHTS LAW. You can file a cross-border complaint online if you are in the EU but outside he UK. You can expect your bank to make it difficult to do so though, and there is a lot of paperwork and stress involved. So my advice is not to purchase from Coffee Italia in the first place. I ordered an expensive grinder from them. Grinder arrived with an outward dent in the side of the case and faulty loud screaming cooling fans and since it was outside of 24 hours (!) from delivery, they bluntly refused any exchange. Honestly, their attitude leads me to believe they would not accept an exchange regardless of turnaround time. Update #1: After arguing with their agent (name censored by TrustPilot) for more than a month, he charged me for a return shipping label to Italy to have this grinder supposedly repaired at a service centre. Well, the label is of no use and the shipper will not pick up the shipment. They say it is only good for shipping from Italy, not my home country. Their agent writes back that it is okay, I can use the label, ignoring what I just wrote to him. They ignore everything you tell them! Update #2: Coffee Italia finally fixed the label issue and DHL picked up the grinder and I put my chargeback case on hold. I heard nothing for 4 weeks. I emailed them and the agent said they were waiting for parts. After 8 weeks I emailed again and received no response for another week. After 9 weeks I emailed a third time and the agent responded a day later saying they couldn't repair the grinder and would finally send a replacement. A few days later another grinder arrived, to my amazement. But... This one was packed upside down in the box though, which broke the packing foam. The box says FRAGILE and ALTO (THIS END UP^) but the $2000 grinder rode in a truck all the way from Italy upside down in the box. UNBELIEVABLE. It seems to function okay at least but it's anyone's guess how long it will last. No apology from Coffee Italia for this! When I told them about this, they sent me a copy of THIS REVIEW and an intimidating email. He mentions that he insured the parcel with DHL against damage. Obviously if you ship sensitive equipment upside down, and as a result it becomes faulty, it would be impossible to file a claim against the courier. Good luck!

A highly recommended vendor in the respective market. Tried to place my order online but I was unlucky enough to have to deal with a server issue that prevented my order from been finalized and submitted. I however, got a call within the next hour and solved the issue over the phone. My card was charged right what was agreed and my espresso machine arrived in perfect double package 3-4 later. A rather customer oriented processional approach, not to be missed out by anyone with interest in making a purchase of any of the products they have for sale.

I recently purchased a second coffee machine through Coffeeitalia. I bought a Quickmill coffee machine and grinder. During the sales process Coffeeitalia gave me very helpful guidance in relation to potential options. (I had done extensive analysis prior to speaking to them) The coffee machine recommended by Coffeeitalia has arrived and we are thrilled with the purchase. The advice we received was very valuable and the pricing was highly competitive. We had some delivery issues during the process. The representatives at Coffeeitalia were very responsive and diligent in making sure that our machine was delivered as promptly as possible. I recommend Coffeeitalia to others.

Marco was extremely helpful in coaching me through ordering a new expresso machine on the phone. The machine arrived in just a few days and in perfect (new) condition. I received my Mahlkonig Vario Generation III purchased from Caffè Italia this morning. Package was really well made. Grinder arrived in perfect condition with FedEX. I own a Rancilio Silvia and I did not know how to setup the vario. Thanks to the staff of CaffèItalia and the easy communication I had on the phone with Matteo, I managed to adjust the grinder accordingly with my miss Silvia ! So happy now! I can finally have a perfect espresso shot in my house again! Thank you Caffè Italia for the amazing service!!!
