Jun 25,2024A great pity that this change is change of merging these essential services has to take so.lonh to be put in place when they already exist. There is no reason for there to be such a distinction and separation between CPSP. MyAgedCare and NDIS. I am hearing of locals who have been recieving the limited funds from CHSP when in all realirty they should have had a Level 4 MyAgedCare package years ago but the ACAT assesment has not been pushed and shoul not be taking many month to get in place when the need is current, and not what it might be in some date in the future.

Jun 22,2024So they had no providers in our area. What I liked was they were able to send me an information on how if I went through my age care they had a list of care providers. Also they sent a guild on questions you ask on finding a quality home care provider

I have dealt with them a number of times and each time I've been treated with respect and kindness, they are extremely professional (which unfortunately is unusual in the care industry) I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with them.
