When I rang to advise I had received THE letter I was put into a consultant who I was talking to at the beginning of my enqurieies. Once again I was provided with a very full explanation of what happens next. I am looking forward to meeting with my provider and find out more about what we have to do

We ultimately did not select their provider but I do recommend CareAbout to point you to providers and permit you to consider appropriate options based on the needs of the person you are caring for.

Jun 20,2024Jake from Care About is a really good communicator. He listens and had a wonderful sense of humour. Jake made the search for a Care Package Provider absolutely easy. Also the Care Provider Jake offered us was a total match with my Mum and Dad. I thought I'd have to ring every provider as there are literally thousands and get them to tick the boxes I needed. Jake from Care About did all the work and we are so close to signing our agreement with HCA. I am ecstatic about moving forward and seeing my Mum and Dad live in their own home safely with support staying together for as long as possible. Thanks Jake and to the follow up call from another lovely lady today I was given more handy information I didn't know and now my job as a daughter and carer has been made so much easier.
