May 23,2024I was searching for a Home Care Provider for my mother. I came across Care About. I emailed them and less than 5mins a Care Advisor contacted me. The Care Advisor was Jake Fleet. Jake listened to what help our mother required and her needs. He searched through the Home Care Providers and matched a company that he thought would be suitable for our mother. He then followed up with a text and an email confirming the appointment and all details of the provider. I was very happy with the service provided and so glad I came across Care About. Jake took all the stress out of finding a reliable and caring Home Care provider for our mum.
