Feb 14,2025I entered my request into their website for assistance finding a provider. I hadn't heard anything from them in the month following. I then placed a second request with the same result. I then rang them and was told they didn't manage those requests for maintenance and cleaning support. A response by email would have been not just helpful but purely polite. Not impressed.

Feb 14,2025Have been dealing with HomeMade managing my husband's Level3. i received very limited help 3-4 days after requesting. Staff all seemed new to the job and not familiar with the on line interviewing system. Considering a lot of their clients are elderly and not too familiar with new IT technology So I was pleasantly surprised with the efficient way CareAbout handled my enquiry now I have received a package whereas I was self managing my husbands.
