I was feeling in quite a state of crisis about my mother and Billy was so incredibly empathetic patient and compassionate towards me. Fortunately we’re not going to move forward at this moment but I just want to say if Billy is a representation of careabout then this is a great organisation.

Dec 16,2024I had two different nurses come out. neither offered any thing , exept telling me that I can buy a bed support, or toilet chair. Which i bought on Ebay. I cant get my self off the lounge , unless I roll over And get on all fours. I ask for a chair , but never got even a reply.I am 91 years old , heve severe vertigo. Stone deaf on one side, have injections in my eyes. Have severe astma, and a hearth proble , having 3 stends putin so far. I also have prostrate cancer, just to name a few things. When i speak to other people they seems to get plenty of assistance , it is for that reason , i gave you only one star. John Weegen. AC85966430
