I had been postponing selecting a provider until I only had one week left. I was so lucky to find Care About and spoke to Debbie who was so helpful to me and she then recommended Alpha Support at Home who were so helpful to me and managed to arrange an appointment with me for today. I can't thank Liz from Alpha Support enough for their very professional and expert support and I just feel so relieved to have been able to finalise this nightmare journey which has taken a huge weight off my shoulders. Thanks so much once again Liz for all your help and support. Care About are very lucky to have Liz.

I had an amazing service from Caitlin regarding my queries about home care providers for my mum ,the communication was clear and easy to understand. I found the Care Adviser very polite, helpful, efficient and effective! The quick follow up email was significant. However, i did strike difficulty phoning AGED care as they advised i had already registered in July 2022 - through some "commonwealth deal" involved with TADWA!!??Finally, they said i would be contacted in 4 weeks - and gave me a number to phone if this did not happen. Meantime I struggle alone! I do however thank your Care Adviser. Kind Regards, Ken McCarthy.

The staff are so friendly and happy to help. The age care system can be a minefield and it was great to speak to a company that listened to what my mother required and made offered a company that has staff to attend to her needs. I’m very grateful for their assistance.

After looking at Care About on my computer I had a very quick response from the team and found them very polite, courteous and helpful. I was transferred to "Rishi", whom I found extremely helpful, friendly and a pleasure to talk with. I am now waiting for the meeting with the Provider recommended by "Rishi". Thank you
