Careline365 supply personal alarms to those within the UK who are vulnerable or elderly.
We are acutely aware of the challenges faced by older people. As the years advance, health issues can mean that day to day tasks become more difficult. Sometimes this can mean giving up on the idea of living independently altogether. We believe that this doesn’t have to be the way.
Our mission is to help as many people as possible live safe and enjoyable later lives. That’s why we strive to offer our service for the best possible price. We also like to keep things simple. Technology need not be confusing or scary – it can have a huge positive impact on the lives of older people.

Nov 11,2024From the first contact , whose name was Harry, to the next day delivery of equipment as promised. Very easy to set up and bring an 82 year old and not much of a techie!!!!!! I didn’t really struggle. Testing was very thorough and everyone involved very pleasant and knowledgeable. Thanks to everyone I now feel much safer knowing you are on the other end of the helpline. Nov 10,2024I really recommend Careline 365 as I know if I fall or need help they are always there on the other end of the line. The alarm contacts them and they talk to you asking if you are okay and what help do you need. Plus if you don’t talk to them they get the emergency service to you quickly. Excellent service.

He was so kind and polite and gave me all the information I needed. He then he would call me on Thursday , and he did! All sorted with Darren over the phone. Excellent customer service ! Thank you !
