bought this for my mother who is 90 and had a couple of falls around the house very easy to set up and it will give us peace of mind that help is at hand if needed
From the first contact , whose name was Harry, to the next day delivery of equipment as promised. Very easy to set up and bring an 82 year old and not much of a techie!!!!!! I didn’t really struggle. I really recommend Careline 365 as I know if I fall or need help they are always there on the other end of the line. The alarm contacts them and they talk to you asking if you are okay and what help do you need. Plus if you don’t talk to them they get the emergency service to you quickly. Excellent service.
I spoke with a lady that was very helpful. The second time I rang I spoke with Harry and he was really helpful, he explained things very well and made it all very easy to set up

I spoke to Darren on Monday 4th November to enquiry in a suitable alarm package for my sister who is returning home after a stroke. He was so kind and polite and gave me all the information I needed. We have trying to decide on the best fall alert device for my elderly Mum for a while . We had an online chat with Careline to start with and then Myles phoned us to answer any queries we had and was very helpful. It was all very efficient and we felt we had been helped to make the right decision .

As I am not very comfortable with modern technology Jos was very reassuring and spoke in an easy manner explaining the system in words I could understand. He was very helpful and understood what I was looking for to help me maintain my independence.
