Oct 11,2024Very good experience. Got a car upgrade and service was fast and friendly at check-in and out. Not trying to sell you extra “services” (read: overly expensive insurances I didn’t need). Clean car also. This is isn’t common with a lot of carhire services, I like that. Recommend!

Oct 11,2024Auto gehuurd via reisorganisatie Sunweb/ SunnyCars. Halteplaats van shuttlebus CarGest, op airport Malaga, was even zoeken. De aangeboden auto (D/C cat.) had een forse beschadiging en diverse schade plekken welke niet waren genoteerd op het contractformulier van CarGest, zoals aanbevolen wordt door SunnyCars. Melding hiervan werd echter door CarGest balie medewerkers direct ‘weggewuifd’. Opname en administratie van deze schade was niet nodig, ‘….auto was toch allrisk verzekerd…!’ Andere (schadeloze) auto gevraagd maar daarop werd niet ingegaan! Ook werd een dag limiet van max. 100 km vermeld op het contractformulier, terwijl via SunnyCars een ongelimiteerd aantal kilometers waren geboekt. Verwarrend allemaal……! We hebben dit (voor de goede orde) direct gemeld bij SunnyCars. Voorts bleek de bandenspanning van de auto, tijdens onze eerste rit, niet geheel correct. Door al het gedoe bij de auto verhuurder kwamen we vrij laat aan op onze vakantiebestemming. Het Inleverproces was nogal rommelig. Terugboeking borgsom wordt nog afgewacht. Door deze gang van zaken was hier even geen sprake van: ….zorgeloos een auto huren...! Huurauto (bijna nieuwe Seat Ibiza) reed overigens prima, maar helaas wel met forse schade!

Oct 11,2024Friendly quick flexible service, even when there were strange things happening with pick up time and return time. Remote of the keys didn't work very well and there was no liquid for cleaning the windscreen, which is very much needed, especially when facing the sun.

Oct 10,2024snelle afhandeling zowel bij het ophalen als terugbrengen van de huurauto. We hebben ook de auto gekregen die we hadden gereserveerd. De auto was volgetankt, technisch prima in orde en stond netjes gewassen klaar.

Booked a car to be collected out of hours, called the number on artival and were collected within minutes, taken to the depot and up and running and on our way within 10 mins - return was just as easy and we were dropped back to the door of the terminal within minutes, would definitely use again!

Oct 06,2024We had a fantastic experience with Cargest. We booked a Seat Leon but were pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to an Audi Q3. The process was smooth from start to finish – we were quickly picked up from the airport by the shuttle, and the car handover was incredibly fast. Returning the car was just as efficient, and the shuttle back to the airport was convenient. Highly recommend Cargest for their excellent service!

J’ai eu un incident avec la voiture mais j’avais l’assurance tous risques, je n’ai payé aucune franchise et tous c’est très bien payé au retour de la voiture Je recommande vraiment ! Il accepte la carte de débit pour le dépôt de garantie

Oct 01,2024The week went very well, on our arrival the car booked was not available and we were given an upgrade, although one of the wheels gave some problems as it deflated continuously forcing us to inflate it at least once a day. Payment and delivery were perfect, although the guy who greeted us and got us to sign the paperwork didn't know English very well. The two stars are not for the service in itself, nor for the car received, but rather for the deposit paid, of which there is still no trace, and for the lack of response (apart from the automatic ones) to the two emails written in the past few days to get information about it. My contract number is: 240024449. Once the problem is solved, I will not hesitate to change the review score.

Oct 13,2024Wir haben schon mehrfach bei CarGest gebucht. Es hat wieder alles bestens geklappt. Der Shuttle, ebenfalls die digitale Anmeldung während der Fahrt zum Büro. Die Abwicklung dort dauerte weniger als 10 min. Die Rückgabe um 6.15 Uhr, außerhalb der Bürozeit erfolgte bei Easy Parking, hat ebenfalls super geklappt. Alles sehr unkompliziert.
