So unkompliziert…keine verdeckten Kosten…kein noch mehr Aufdrängen zusätzlicher Versicherungen…ShuttleService vom Flughafen…Erledigen einiger Vertragsdetails während der Fahrt vom Flughafen zur Vermietung… alles reibungslos…ebenso bei Rückkehr…Übergabe innerhalb weniger Minuten…Auto in perfektem Zustand…beste Erfahrung…deshalb beim nächsten Spanienurlaub nur noch Cargest;-)

We had rented a car for one week - we arrived in the airport late in Malaga 19.00 but Cargest had busses that to us straight to our car - we had rented a T-cross but got a brand New X1 BMW M-line. The kids loved it so now I have to buy one. Great service and quick car-rental and re-turn.

Je wordt met een shuttlebus naar de verhuurder gebracht. Dat is goed geregeld. Het inchecken ging vlot. Wij hadden een gewone auto gehuurd maar kregen en nieuwe BMW X1 mee, met de vermelding: you're gone love it. En dat was ook zo. Afleveren van de auto; geen probleem. Alleen vol aftanken. De auto is volledig verzekerd en je hoeft je geen zorgen te maken.

Prima bedrijf, alles netjes verlopen. Wij werden opgehaald vliegveld (shuttlebus). Na alle papieren in orde waren stond onze auto klaar. Ook bij inlevering ging alles soepel. Aanrader!

Comfortable and easy handling of check in and check out. The car we received was a beautiful new 1 series BMW automatic which gave our 2 weeks journey through Andalusia extra of joy with comfort of our holidays. Excellente expérience avec Cargest. Pas de perte de temps ni d’interminables files d’attente, tout est parfaitement bien organisé dans toutes les étapes de la location. On vient vous chercher à l’aéroport, l’enregistrement est fait durant le transfert, et le top, nous avions le modèle de véhicule que nous avions réservé ! Pas de surprise lors de la restitution du véhicule, nous avions connu une mauvaise expérience avec Hertz lors de notre précédent séjour (facturation du plein alors que l’appoint en carburant avait été fait). Tout était parfait !

Très bonne expérience, 4 jours de location d'un véhicule en septembre 2024. Réservation par internet avant le départ. Très bonne communication et suivi par mail et SMS. Prise en charge sur place sans problème. Réception du véhicule au retour sans problème. Seul regret, personne ne parle un mot de français, mais avec le traducteur google, tout se fait. Je recommande, 10 sur 10.
