May 14,2024From Malaga airport to the CarGest hire station was good organized. Although we had to wait for 10 minutes for the shuttlebus. We got a BMW 118i 👍🏼. Delivering after 8 days was easy and correct. Shuttlebus was already there for transport to the airport!

May 13,2024We arrived very late (1:00am) after a delayed flight and they made it very clear that we should not worry and they would be there when we arrived. No issues on either pick up or re-delivery - car in good condition and was the model booked. Courtesy bus to return you to the airport can take a while to arrive, otherwise it would have been 5-stars

May 12,2024Vanaf het vliegveld werden we keurig naar het verhuurbedrijf gebracht waar n vrijwel nieuwe BMW voor ons klaar stond. Perfect. Bij het terugbrengen moest ik de auto in een overvolle, slecht verlichte parkeergarage naar de 5e etage manoeuvreren. Spannend. Sleutel inleveren en klaar. Geen enkele mededeling over terugstorten borgsom. Ook geen gezamenlijke controle van de auto. Gelukkig bleek bij terugkeer in Nederland de borgsom al teruggestort. Dat vond ik wat vreemd en onprettig, maar verder niets dan lof!

May 12,2024Great service. Staff was professional, received prompt response to email inquiries. They were also available on the phone. I received the car (Mini Cabrio) that I selected. I was able to pay by debit card as agreed. When I returned the car, it was inspected within a minute. I can highly recommend Cargest, I will use them again next time.

May 12,2024Alles verliep super soepel, vanaf de shuttle bus, de balie om de auto op te halen als het inleveren van de auto! We kregen zelfs een upgrade van onze auto. Echt top en een aanrader om hier te boeken!

May 10,2024The car had no oil in it and I was told to buy car oil and it would be refunded upon return, it’s been over a 1 week and my emails are being ignored as they have not refunded me for the oil that their car needed, very poor customer service and I had booked previously with them so very disappointing!

May 10,2024We booked with Cargest for the second time and were again very satisfied. Everything went really well. The Premium package includes all insurance and a second driver directly with the rental company. Not like with all the intermediary portals. If you compare the services, it was not more expensive than the portals. We only paid a deposit of €300, not €1500-2100 as with the other rental companies via the various portals. We booked with Cargest again in June. If it stays like this, we will save ourselves the time searching on the various portals (billiger-mietwagen etc.) in future. We had booked a small car and got a BMW 118i. We dropped off the car outside opening hours at 6am (fee 30€).We then dropped the car off at a partner (Easy Parking) just a few buildings away. One point deduction for that. We had to drop the car off on the 5th floor. The driveways are adventurous and only possible with repeated maneuvering. There were still cars parked everywhere to the side, even on the actual driveways. So completely overcrowded. The transfer worked great, the shuttle was ready immediately. I can only recommend Cargest so far.

May 08,2024We hired a car. It was a basic car but good and not very old. Everything was ok. When we come to Malaga we have to wait for more then a hour to get the shutlle to the carrent but it was very busy. When we get home is was only 10 minutes. It's a good extra service and easy that you don't have to get a bus or something.

May 14,2024The start was very bad. The pick up process was chaotic. We had to wait one hour under a rather shabby bridge, without any signs of the company (you had to ask where to go). This was not a happy start. Not good for our mood. They really can improve here. At the office the help was fine and pretty quick. We received an upgrade which was a nice surpise. The drop off went quick and smooth. Staff is trying I guess, but a bit too serious (no smiles) and always in a hurry. That is a pitty.
