Feb 20,2024Get more shuttle buses cargest. we waited at the bus stop for nearly 2 hours today to go less than a mile.. This is not acceptable . More staff are needed on the desk. You need extra transport to your office. if i could have walked i would have but the road is too dangerous . you are an excellent company in all other respects but the lack of shuttle buses and wait at the bus stop will lose you custom. it is such a shame that this is now such a regular occurrence
