Jan 09,2024From the moment we were picked up at Malaga airport the staff could not be more accomodating. The car we ordered was unavailable, so we had a free upgrade with a choice of cars. The car we choose was in immaculate condition, thoroughly enjoyed driving it. The return process and delivery back to the airport was very quick and easy. Will definitely use CarGest again.

Jan 08,2024Cargest is a very well organized, friendly, honest and uncomplicated company. There are no waiting times, neither when fetching nor returning the car. The car was excellent and I enjoyed driving it. Last year I had problems getting petrol before giving the car back and this year they solved that problem for me, as I didn`t have to tank up before returning it. Thank you so much for that.

Jan 07,2024Mi sono trovato benissimo con CARGEST : prezzo competitivo, assicurazione full compresa e solo 300€ di deposito, anche usando carta di debito (il deposito è solo per tutelare perdita chiavi e carburante errato, per il resto è tutto in assicurazione); uscendo dall'aeroporto, a fianco della metropolitana, vi prendono con la navetta e si va al deposito auto, un paio di minuti di strada.

Jan 06,2024Great experience from start to finish. Picked up from the airport, the driver gave us a QR code to scan from which we were able to complete a short questionnaire. On arrival at the depot, we were seen immediately and were quickly provided with the key to what appeared to be a brand new car. Return was just as easy, with a lift back to the terminal and no waiting. Genuinely the easiest and quickest car rental we have ever encountered.

Jan 05,2024Malissimo!! Sia dal punto di vista del controllo delle auto che vengono noleggiate sia per l'assistenza in caso di malfunzionamento. Ho noleggiato una Fiat 500 all'aeroporto di Malaga, già dopo pochi km segnava la spia di insufficienza olio motore, ho controllato l'olio era tutto ok ma dopo 700 km circa mi ha lasciato a piedi nel bel mezzo di un'autostrada (molto pericoloso), con rumori metallici e surriscaldamento del motore. A malapena sono riuscito a uscire e parcheggiare l'auto in un luogo più sicuro (zona Cadice) Da li ho chiamato Cargest sollecitandoli di trovare una soluzione in quanto ero a piedi con le valige in mezzo al niente... la risposta è stata che avrei dovuto ritornare a Malaga a mie spese che mi avrebbero dato un'altra auto. Preciso che erano le 4 di pomeriggio, avevo l'hotel prenotato a Ronda e avrei dovuto aspettare anche la gru che è arrivata a prelevare la Fiat 500 dopo 3 ore circa. Dato questo ho preferito continuare per Ronda altrimenti avrei dovuto cercarmi un altro hotel nei dintorni a mie spese, pertanto dopo una lunga attesa sono giunto a destinazione alle 11 di sera tramite un taxi pagato dalla compagnia. In conclusione per me è stata un'esperienza molto negativa a causa del forte disagio che mi è stato creato, dovuto all'auto noleggiata malfunzionante e soprattutto all'assistenza mancante degli operatori Cargest che hanno minimizzato il problema durante le mie ripetute telefonate di assistenza. Al rientro non mi è stato neppure riconosciuto il rimborso dei due giorni di mancato utilizzo dell'auto. Una vergogna!! Finché tutto va bene tutti sono bravi, quando le cose vanno male bisogna dimostrarlo di essere "bravi".
