Sep 26,2023Bought my first “proper” car with the help of Adam today. I’ve had the same car since buying in 2019 so was unsure on how everything was done. We went on a test drive and Travis had all of the answers to our questions. We were then handed over to Adam, who made the process very quick and easy. He kept us up to date on the progress, even after the sale went through, he kept in touch with any updates and was consistently friendly and polite. We received our car just under a week after we reserved due to it being checked over by Peugeot. Each step was made incredibly easy and much less daunting than my first experience. Adam explained everything and had a lot of patience with us. Would recommend buying from Carlingo to everyone.

We are delighted with the way our purchase was handled and with the car itself. It was a delight not to be bombarded with offers of 'add ons' - when we bought our last car we spent ages having to say we didn't want masses of extra insurance bits and reams of ridiculous paperwork. Adam was brilliant, very knowledgeable and helpful throughout, Rachel made us feel very welcomed, Adam & Eddie were brilliant (we'd purchased a used car less than a month ago, it turned out to be seriously faulty, and Eddie advised on how to return it), and provided good advise on options for our second car which we plan to purchase from the Harrogate team too; and Travis also went that little bit extra to explain technical questions to a very non car/technical person. From a stress free purchase, to a collection from Harrogate station after a 5 hour train journey, to finding the car was better than expectations. Even the tyre replacement was with a quality matching brand - so many dealers replace tyres with the cheapest possible. Oct 02,2023All staff we met were friendly, approachable an extremely helpful. They thoroughly explained the whole process of trading in our car and purchasing a new vehicle. We felt under no pressure to buy and they were very flexible when we wished to change our payment agreement. (Deciding not to use the finance) Our main sales person was relatively new and he was also supported well throughout the process. We were also very impressed with the range of quality cars available. Definitely aiming towards a higher end of the used/nearly new vehicles.
