Oct 27,2023They were friendly, reassuring and did not put pressure on you to make a purchase. They recognised when you wanted attention on the forecourt and when to give you time to look and think. There were plenty of cars, models and price ranges. Carlingo will be my first port of call when car buying in the future.

Oct 25,2023I bought a Range Rover Evoque from Carlingo and from start to finish was happy with the service I received. After searching for a new car for approximately 10 months, in all honesty I was put off from other car-dealerships by their 'pushy' sales techniques however after having spoken to Chris at Carlingo who sold me the car, he answered all my many questions not only about the car (which other car sales people hadn't been able to answer) but about the process too with honesty and was very personable. People buy from people and the honesty was a breath of fresh air. I believe it was Travis that dealt with the handover and he has been very helpful too! Upon collection/handover they wrapped my car up for me and did a car reveal (I requested this) where everyone got involved and have been nothing but helpful even after me driving home with the car. I highly recommend Carlingo and for anyone in the Harrogate/Yorkshire area looking for a new car I will be sending them their way!

The whole viewing, test drive and purchase process was handled very efficiently by Max who also kindly accommodated our request to change our handover day. A special thank you to him. I had to travel I arrived before the showroom was open for the day however , I was given a warm welcome by Chris and he let me in the warm and was given a coffee . Paperwork was prepared and the car was more than i expected it looked like new . A lot of effort to make the car showroom condition was evident I was over the moon . Nothing was too much trouble , I was helped setting up my phone and everything was explained to me in terms of controls in the car and all my questions were answered . Excellent car , excellent price and excellent customer service and 12 months breakdown cover and a 3 month warranty from RAC complete peace of mind .

Oct 08,2023The whole team were very friendly and knowledgeable. Salesman Chris P was very patient when i asked questions, took me for a test drive and didn't push extras. I was given a very good price for my old car. In fact more than i'd been offered by the garage I'd bought it from and was thinking of buying a new car from. Travis took me courteously through all the handover procedure and the car had enough petrol to drive 200 miles before I'd need to face the challenge of filling up. I've been driving for 40+ years but this was the first time I'd had to buy a car without my husbands help so a big thank you to all the Carlingo team for making it such an easy experience.And I love my 'new' car.

Adam was super helpful and gave us lots of information about both cars we were interested in and let us compare the 2 cars side by side so we could get a better feel of what we really wanted. When picking the car up travis was also super helpful showing us how all the garnets on the car worked He also paired our phones up to the blue tooth. Would definitely recommend carlingo a visit when searching for that perfect car.
