Nov 14,2018We have had nothing but excellent service since our first visit to Airbase. From our first visit there to get information on new flooring, Nicole Esham, flooring consultant, spent time with us answering all our questions, making good recommendations and taking a complete interest in our project. We received an excellent quote for the product and installation. Robert and his crew did a great job installing our new floors. They were prompt, professional and the floors came out perfect. We then returned to Airbase for area rugs and Nicole helped us choose the best rugs for what we needed. We cannot say enough positive things about Nicole, Robert and all the staff at Airbase.

Nov 07,2018Our experience working with Carpet Mart in Lancaster, to put down new flooring in our family room was exceptional! We were not exactly certain of what we wanted, but with the help of Andrew and Kadai we chose Core-Tec flooring, pretty, durable, and water proof. Ashton took the measurements and sent an estimate in a very timely fashion and took time to answer our questions. Stephanie was the logistics person, she did a great job of coordinating everyone and getting our floor install scheduled quickly, and as unexpected openings occurred she got our job moved up. Raymond arrived well prepared to lay our floor, he worked non-stop to get the flooring finished, he was so pleasant and did a beautiful job right down to the finish trim work. Every person we dealt with at Carpet Mart was knowledgable, helpful, pleasant and on top of their game! We couldn’t be happier with the floor, the cost, and the really great customer service we received! We will recommend Carpet Mart to anyone installing flooring!

Oct 01,2018Carpet Mart is probably unbeatable for selection, quality, and helpfulness, and for their excellent in-store staff. Ashton and Raymond installed wooden floors for us in a bathroom and a large bedroom. We were amazed how impeccable the result was and how they did it all in two days. And the extras/details of disposing of the old rugs, putting protective pads under the furniture legs (another visit today), etc. were appreciated. Beautiful work, really friendly and talented guys.

Aug 28,2018I had carpet installed last Friday and the installer did an incredible job. He and his helper were prompt, very experienced and vacuumed up before they left. His name was Marlin from Legacy Flooring. I would highly recommend him and Carpetmart customer service told me that customers can ask for a specific installer.

Aug 21,2018We received our rug (with a free rug pad!) as ordered and very quickly. My only complaint is that the packaging was not very secure and had opened up in a few areas. It was not an issue; however, it had been raining on delivery day, the rug could have gotten wet.
