She lead us through many different styles, colors and options (especially for our home with an aging pet) in what would be just a small area rug purchase. No rush, no pressure, answering every question; she made sure we were happy. We will be back eventually to find her again for what should be a much larger buy.

Jul 14,2018This was my first time purchasing from Carpet Mart and although it was standard shipping, yet free. I would definitely buy from them again. I absolutely like the product and my order was top notched. Due to the fact, I needed a smaller rug size, I kept the larger one and placed in living room. I will be placing another order shortly. The prices are reasonable and the craftsmanship of the rug Is of good quality. My biggest decision to buy from Carpet Mart overall is their customer service team. Very professional!

Jul 07,2018I ordered 2 rugs. The pads came in first. The smaller rug followed shortly after. It took a couple of weeks for the bigger rug to arrive. I was concerned about that and gave them a call. The sales rep was very nice and understood my concerns. She kept me informed via email of the shipping progress. I appreciated that. I have received the rug and am very happy with it.

The best thing was an easy to use feature that let me upload a photo of my deck and drop in the actual rug I wanted and see how it would really look. It was a bold design so this feature was a real help to deciding. Ordering was easy. Will definitely return when I need a carpet.

He & his helper moved the big furniture out, didn't bump any walls, & put everything back where it was. I was very, very happy w/Carpet Mart & installer & would recommend them. Very positive experience.
