Sep 11,2023I would have gave 5 stars my only issue was the third party carVio uses for pick up. They never answered a phone an if they did they would just hang up. I was told they was coming between 8am an 12pm an that I'd get a call an hour before they showed up. Well I never received a call until 430pm when they was already sitting out side the house.

Sep 11,2023Setting up the sale was quick and easy (they paid the amount that I would have asked for a private sale), but arranging and getting through the pickup was slow. This might have been the fault of the towing contractor, not CarVio.
