Sep 07,2023Everyone I contacted was very professional and courteous. Destiny Apatiga was my 1st contact (after the texts) and provided me with guidance. She understood that we in Savannah were under a hurricane threat and I would be slow in getting the photos to her. Next were Jen and Alexis with IAA and finally Frank, who towed my car. The only drawback was Bank of America. They do not have many branches open in Savannah. I deposited the check in my own bank and will wait the 7 days for it to clear.

The tow company that picked up my car never called and I was an hour away from where the car was. Then they gave my check to someone that I did not want to have it or be in my business. I wish the check came in an envelop. I ended up wasting a half of day from work to get the check back. that cost me about a half of the check - foolishness. And then he had an attitude.
