Aug 08,2023The quote process went fast. However, there was no call from IAA who was assigned to pick up our vehicle. I waited 2 days before I called them and they had no record of our vehicle in their system. When I reached out to CarVIO I had no response for another 24 hours. I left text messages, emails and voicemail. 7 days after the initial quote and offer we went with a different company. I finally rec’d a return call and the representative stated there was a communication error on their end. The reps from CarVIO were friendly enough but this was unfortunate. It had nothing to do with placing blame on the weather and the towing company they outsource to.

Aug 08,2023It took forever.. kept telling me to stick by the phone anticipate a call for pick up.. no one called.. weeks later messaged the company who appoligized and some one would call for pick up.. no one called after 5 weeks I finally sold car to someone else
