Aug 10,2023I spent considerable time jumping through their hoops, sending pictures, description, answering questions before I was assured that their partner would be there on Monday to pick up my vehicle. On Monday I received an email saying it would be Tuesday instead. Tuesday came and went and they didn’t. I emailed for a status update and received a very unprofessionally formatted, almost childlike email stating they would not pick up my car after all, it was “too far.“ Ludicrous, colossal waste of time. They had no intention of following through from the outset. - - - - - Response to response: More dishonesty. It didn’t “fall through” – they never even headed this way. 2 more weeks now and they have not ‘reached out’ and I am sure they aren’t going to. I’ve had to call 4 friends who also need to get rid of vehicles and let them know my gushing recommendation was premature.

Aug 10,2023I tried calling local junk yards for a quote on my car. It was an amazing car that ended up being totaled in a car accident but it was just the frame that was damaged. The car still ran and had brand new tires. The highest offer I got was $340 for it. When I called CARVIO, they were shocked at how little I got offered and gave me almost double that. The only downside was the people who were towing the car as they ended up asking me the same questions again and led to a frustrating call. But it got taken care of!

Pick up was very simple just make sure you have your car notarized and pictures of front back side to side also make sure you take a picture of mileage and odometer and pictures of the car started so they can see where the rpm gage is before pick up and they will give you an appraisal!! Literally takes no more than 20 mins amazing ….
