Tow truck arrived during the scheduled pick up, on time and the driver was courteous and let me say goodbye to my car as well as had the payment with him. Carvio process was 100% better than the failed attempt to sell my car with a few companies prior.

Jan 24,2025I spoke to 5 or 6 different companies to try to sell my old car. Carvio was far and away the best option. I specifically dealt with Jose Matinez and he was very easy to work with, didn’t play any games or waste my time, and overall was very very helpful. For anyone looking to sell their car, I can’t remember who the worst companies I dealt with were, but they were all bad outside of CarVIO and Peddle with the difference being that CarVIO offered a good chunk more than Peddle did.

Jan 15,2025I was selling my 2017 Chevy Suburban. CARVIO offered 2k more than other places and was willing to pickup the car. We were very hesitant to use Carvio as neither my husband nor I had ever heard if them. The reviews were very mixed. We spoke to several people in Carvio about the process and all the bad reviews online. They were very patient and reassuring. We really did not feel like dealing with the tow ourselves, so we said let's try because even in the bad reviews people eventually got their money. The process was very smooth. There was a hiccup on our side and Carvio held our price while we sorted it out. Finally the tow truck came when they said it would. He picked the car up, gave us our check, and was on his way. The check cleared. I wish I found Carvio when I sold my last vehicle. I also recommend them to all my friends and family. This is not a paid advertisement nor am I a robot.just one very happy customer.
