But once I was actually available they made it quick and simple. Best experience I have ever had selling a vehicle. They kept in touch with me through the whole process. When it was time to pick up my vehicle I set a day and time and they were even able to pick it up a day ahead of time. The tow company was nice and professional. Handed me my check right away. I would give them more stats but 5 is the highest.

Sep 10,2023The whole experience was so easy!! I found the website put in some info received a call same day, uploaded pictures a few more details and it was done! Great customer service! I was able to schedule pick-up for my car with in 3 days! The tow truck driver called me an hour before so I would be able to meet him (so I wouldn’t have to miss much work) Highly recommend CarVio!!

Sep 09,2023Everything was good until I signed the sale contract and then suddenly everyone I spoke to previously disappeared. There was a problem due to Carvio not sending the paperwork to the release center and no one would respond to me about the issue. Called the same number and person I had contact with for the entire transaction but like I said….I needed help and I let that be known through texts and voicemail and emails and never heard back from anyone.

Sep 08,2023Very easy to do, friendly customer service, love the fact they will come get the vehicle! Only thing I would say is it sucks when they give you a time frame of 9-5 to come get the vehicle, it’s hard to plan around that. Besides that, I would use them again!
