The Forum at Greenwich. We have had Martin Cosgrove installing our new Cloud voice Telephone system. Martin has been very helpful and talked us through the workings of the phone system He programmed the phones to suit our business needs. We are very happy with his service.
The help from Michael in getting our telephone directory up and running was much appreciated. Very fast response from the initial contact with our problem.
I work in a busy travel clinic and was unable to access X-Medicus following an update which had taken place overnight. I contacted the service issue/fault line, speaking to a lady who was very helpful and took all my details. I had to wait about an hour but then when Michael called he was very helpful, patient (technology is not my strong point) and efficient in fixing the problem, All sorted very quickly. I was very grateful for all the help provided.

The question raised in Customer Portal was not only responded to by Jack Perry (JP) in telephone call next day, rather than through IT Customer Portal, but explained and resolved in the most efficient and friendly way. Excellent service all round.
