Dec 23,2022My 10 year old dog suffered from chronic pancreatitis & continued to decline over the course of a year. He did not want to eat the prescription foods available. We tried The Farmers Dog but it did not agree with my pup & caused a pancreatic flare up causing him to be hospitalized for 2 nights on an IV. My vet suggested Chi Dog Fire Diet as a fellow dog mom with a chronic pancreatitis dog herself. My pup loved this food from the first sniff! He gobbled it up every time I put it in front of him. I transitioned him over the course of 5 days & saw immediate improvement! No more diarrhea, no more daily vomiting. The classic humped back stance of abdominal pain from the pancreatitis went away as well. The only issue was that he couldn’t digest the chunks of carrots & edamame beans whole. He threw that up so I would put his food in my Bullet blender & transfer it to a mason jar. This was well worth the effort to see such a change in him. My pup sadly crossed the rainbow bridge today due to seizures caused by a mass. This food made a huge difference for him & I will sing it’s praises to everyone!

Oct 29,2022Love CHI dog! But I bought the CHI dog glove and it literally fell apart the first time I cleaned it. I emailed them and they were but told me they couldn’t do anything due to the glove is actually manufactured by someone else. They said they would reach out to this other party and I should be hearing from someone in two days. They also gave me their info as well if I wanted to reach out to them. I reached out to them and nothing. I have done so twice and this was months ago. How are you going to stand by a product but when there is an issue no one wants to deal with you? I won’t be buying their products. Super sad

Jun 25,2022We tried to ween our dog on to eating the Fire Diet food…After a few days, he didn’t want to eat and we noticed him being constipated…he would go outside and have a difficult time…we decided we would try something else and took him off of the Chi. Needless to say, we had purchased the 2 month supply because it was a better price…they are in the freezer and we’re kinda stuck with it… We tried but this didn’t work with our senior dog

Jun 16,2022Our picky dog loves the Fire and Metal varieties of Chi. He has allergies and the Chi dog foods do not contain ingredients that were identified as allergens for him. Deliveries always come on time and come frozen in dry ice.

Jun 04,2022Both my integrative and primary vets recommended Chi Dog to me. The lightly cooked human-grade diet is made in California of quality ingredients, with a lot of protein and whole foods, except for some vitamin and mineral supplements used for balance! No preservatives or fillers! No problems with deliveries for us, and both the customer service reps and the vets have advised and helped us to choose the right food for our Brie. The food tends to be higher in protein and fat then conventional kibble, so if your dog has special health concerns check with your vet, but all the info is on the site. Brie, our Tijuana Street Dog rescue, is doing very well on Chi Dog! Her coat and energy are great.
