Aug 04,2023My dog was diagnosed with cancer 2 years ago. The cancer was so aggressive she was given only 2 months to live. Even with chemo dogs being treated usually only live 1 year or less. We switched from another fresh food company to Chi dog food because my dog wasn't very excited about that former company's food anymore. We got the pork meals. She liked it so much she ate it readily every day. We feel that it was one of the reasons she lived the extra years and was healthy all that time. My friend tried Chi. Her dog also got tired of that other brand of fresh food. Her dog loves the Chi food so much he gobbles it down faster than the homecooked food she makes. We highly recommend Chi. I also like it because the two vet owners developed their food.

Aug 04,2023The representative was very helpful in resolving my concerns and duplication of account...who knows how that happened : ). She did not make me feel dumb or at fault...we just got it fixed! This food has had an amazing result for my pug Frank. When I transitioned him from puppy food we went right to Chi Dog Fire at the recommendation of his vet. If it is possible he is even a more beautiful and active dog now then he was before. He should be the face of your Chi Dog "Fire."

Jul 03,2023My dogs love this food. One is on the Fire diet and the other is on the Metal diet. I have seen major improvements In both their health and their weight. One no longer has digestive issues and the other has very few (he has IBD and when he has a flare up, now rare, it only lasts hours, not days as in the past). Delivery is great, customer service is great, the product is the highest quality.

May 16,2023Food is great. Packaging is BAD. The Fire diet packs leak consistently as they thaw. The box that the product is shipped in has minimal tape; it is falling apart on arrival. I've complained several times; nothing is done to resolve.

May 04,2023I was told by my vet that Lucy had to eat lowfat kibble because she has pancreatis, which she did not like (the kibble). I heard bout Chi Dog and transitioned her slowly and she loves it! She is eager to eat and has not had any issues at all. She is on the Fire Diet. I will keep her on it even tho it is more expensive but it is worth it to see how happy Lucy is.

Sep 05,2023My two Chihuahua mix pups have been eating Chi dog food for about two years now and they still love it. I have tried probably every fresh dog food delivery out there and I am very particular about the ingredients and food our pups are fed. Chi is consistent, my dogs are in excellent health, and they are a good company with great customer service.
