Dec 04,2023If you accidentally order the wrong food for your pet they will promptly correct it for you, without a hassle. Not very many companies will do that for their customers.

Nov 29,2023The water diet worked great. The fire diet caused my dog to have immediate diarrhea and now is unusable. I paid a lot of money for food I can't use.

Nov 24,2023Really like the food so far. Convenient and my dog seems to be doing well on it. Love love love the biodegradable packing. I’ve gotten packaged food in the past where disposing of the packaging became so burdensome that I stopped getting the food. Things I’d recommend for improvement are: - Easier packaging for opening and emptying of food. - The recommended feeding chart be included in the box. I probably didn’t see it in an email however I got my box on a weekend and had to wait until a weekday to get instructions emailed to me on how much to feed. Texting didn’t seem to work. That’s all.

Oct 17,2023The company was great at handling the order, shipping and delivery on time. Unfortunately my dog couldn’t/wouldn’t eat the food as he is extremely sensitive and picky. They were very understanding and refunded my purchase. I was very hopeful that the food was good to be my salvation. However, the food was donated to another family with an older dog, that benefited greatly, since it helped immensely with his inflammation and he loved it.

I have been cooking special diet homemade food for my dogs for over a year, and the convenience of being able to purchase pre-made special diet whole food via Chi Dog is a liberating time-saver!

Sep 14,2023My dog loves this food! I’ve tried several fresh dog food deliveries and this is the one that looks most like real food. Plus, if I put one scoop of each in a bowl she’ll choose to eat chidog first. Hers is the turkey because she needs a cooling diet, which is why I started. She is much less grouchy now I’ve noticed too. Definitely recommend and considering transitioning my other dog.

Sep 05,2023Several packages arrived partially thawed. I emailed about this and didn’t get a response until I asked again about it. The food is too expensive to worry about proper refrigeration.

Dec 13,2023Horrible customer service. No transparency in pricing. Asked them for a price and size guide and they said they can’t provide it. Said They will send the right amount of food based on my dogs weight but they know nothing else about the needs of my dog. Clearly they don’t want anyone comparison shopping.
