May 26,2022I found the customer service very friendly as I consulted about my two orders. The second order I specifically requested Not to get one of the packets as my dog did not like them and this order was messed up - I got the food type I did not want … ( I did not contact the company to complain so they could have shipped what I wanted instead…). Hence the 3 star. I like home cooked pet food so I approve overall.

May 19,2022So, it was easy to select and order. My order arrived on time and my dog was pleased to eat a small portion but then she threw up all night. Something about it was very triggering for her, even though she's eaten all the listed ingredients in the past, without issue.

May 16,2022My dog loves this food! It looks and smells very fresh. She has been very satisfied since starting this food. Very different from any other food we have found. I am so happy we were referred to Chi Dog!

May 10,2022I had a terrible time with the packaging! It was really hard to get open and the food was sticking to the wrapper! Because of this I did not reorder. It's too expensive to have any of it be wasted!

Apr 19,2022It’s refreshing to know that Customer Service is alive and well with Chi Dog. My first food delivery was inadvertently sent to the wrong place even though they had the right address . I emailed support and told them I never revised my delivery and they replied right away and stated that they were another shipment would go out right away. I received my order as promised, no hassle or fuss. My Dog Lucky loves her new food and I appreciate Chi Dog Foods policies !!

Apr 13,2022The food is very good quality, and my dog loves it. When I called to place my order, I thought at first I was speaking with a typical customer service rep, but then she said she was a veterinarian and gave me some helpful information about my dog's situatuon and how diet could improve it. I have noticed a difference in him since he has been on this new, healthier diet (not just with ChiDog food but food I make for him as well)-- more energy, more bowel movements, more stamina on walks.

Apr 04,2022The only improvement i would request is that more ice be used in packaging the full month supplies. The ice is always dried up by the time I unpackage my delivery and the food packages have started to thaw. For whatever reason, that was more of an issue with the chicken based product and not the beef products. Other than that it is a great quality product that my dog loves. Thank you.

May 31,2022Was told the packaging was fixed from the last batch, and they are still the same dispatch, which makes it hard to get into. If this does not get fixed we’re going to go to someone else. I reached out to tech support, and they weren’t very helpful
