Jun 20,2024My 10 year old Boston Terrier has been on the fire diet for 3 weeks now and he loves it! His constant scratching has almost stopped completely, his coat is soft and shiny and he has not had any gastro issues. We love it so far!

Jun 13,2024My dogs have adjusted very smoothly to Chi dog food! I feel confident in the nutrition and giving them a fully balanced diet! They even offer a consultation with their cofounder (vet) a few days after ordering the first round of food. The conversation was very informative and Dr. Susan took her time to be attentive and answer my questions. I truly appreciate this company and their approach to pet care and client support.

Jun 08,20241., the shipping takes 6 days AFTER they process the order. 2. the reps answering emails show no interest in helping, just answering the question in as few words as possible. 3. there is no way to order shipping at a faster rate for a fee. 4. you cannot talk with anyone over the phone and the text option is always "not available at this time".

May 15,2024We had a problem with our order, accidentally ordering twice, and the response to our problem was quick and comprehensive. I later had a question about serving the food, and received an answer the same day. My dog also loves the food, and his legs seem stronger already!

May 01,2024I was referred to Chi Dog by my dog's Veterinarian, Dr. Berg, after my dog had surgery in April. Since then my dog has been eating the food and is enjoying it very much, for which I am forever grateful. (My dog had to lose 2 lbs.) May 01,2024Very helpful in the different selections and choices and helping choose food for allergies and conditions. Portions are huge so I feel like I'm getting not only quality food but more bang for my buck as opposed to other ordered foods (I've tried almost all). So far my babies haven't experienced the tummy issues they had when transitioning to any of the other companies foods which is great. The food looks amazing and my picky eater seems to love it.
