Apr 24,2024The food is great and my forever foster Jax loved it at first but once we put him back on Trilostane his taste changed and he will no longer eat it. Not even heated up. A few of my other dogs like it so I am just feeding it to them. Wish his appetite didn't change because I was hoping this diet would help him. He prefers canned prescription food right now so fingers crossed it changes soon!

Apr 19,2024They were understanding when I explained my older sick dog did not do well with the food. She is too picky. I was reimbursed without asking. This was a kind thing to do and it shows that the company cares about their customers.

Apr 10,2024The food was very good look much better then the other fresh food companies. I have tried them all. My dog had no issues she really liked it. Unfortunately it’s very expensive even for a 15 lb dog more so than all the other companies. Their website is very difficult to navigate almost impossible to do basic things like changing menu selection. The delivery company they used for me was horrible.

Apr 10,2024From diet selection to shipping, everything was easy! We recently adopted a 2.5 year old small dog from a rescue. We were told she was picky about food - but she immediately loved the Chi Dog diets. We are feeding a combination to give her more variety in flavor and nutrients!

Apr 03,2024This company truly cares about dog food, I reached out to them multiple times and got quick responses. I have a 9 month old doodle with a very sensitive tummy, recovering from antibiotics and gut imbalance, which caused him to have very bad poops for a long time. Along with probiotics, chi dog food has improved his poops, he loves it a lot, and it's fully balanced so I don't have to worry about adding things to it. We alternate between chicken and turkey. I will be a regular customer from now on.
